I want Zapier to find all my records in Airtable rather than just the 'new' ones

Hey all.

I am trying to automate some content to my Circle community.

So I have the following Zap set up:

When there is a new record in Airtable, I create a topic in Circle.

It works great, it’s just I have a table with a whole bunch of rows/content already that I want to transfer over. (There is no csv upload feature in circle) and I want to transfer over everything and then have the Zap continue to work when new records are added.

I tried running it manually but of course, no new records are found. It only transfered one new record which was the test one.

How do I get it to recongise all of the records and Zap the lot?

Thanks so much in advance,

Harry @ NCL

You could try to use the “New Record in View” Trigger.

  • Create a new view with nothing in it
  • Set up the zap using that Trigger
  • Run a filter on the new view to include the existing records

You might get throttled depending how many are there, but there are ways around that.
