Hi, everyone! I am trying to create a zap that will generate a list of ClickUp tasks that are due today in a specific folder in ClickUp. I’ve been trying to figure this out for a couple of days already but could not make it work.I hope and would highly appreciate if somebody can help me with this.
Hi community, New user here, first post. I am going through the process of trying to create a Zap between Podio and Google Docs. I have an engineering company and I am trying to create a Google Doc draft (to later edit) in order to create a proposal for clients. I first enter all the project and client data into a Podio App and from there I would like to click a button that says “Generate Proposal” and use all the data entered into Podio to automatically create the Google Doc draft. I get stuck at “Action Type” - see image below. Thanks in advance!
Here’s what I’m doing:trigger - Completed task in Asanaaction - Create Database item in NotionThe fields that are native to Asana pull in to my database just fine, but the custom fields just spit out the name of the custom field instead of its contents (e.g. we have a custom field for “Client Name” and instead of putting the name of the company, it just puts “Client Name”). One of the custom fields is text and the other two are drop-down select. Not sure how to proceed...
Hello - I am using Zapier to connect Klaviyo to Google Ads for Customer Match. I connected 1 client and 1 list and it takes 3 zaps (one for clicked email, one for completed purchase, one for subscribed to list) generating 3k tasks just over the weekend. I guess I am confused, is it really going to take thousands of tasks (and therefore thousands of dollars) just to maintain one list for one client? I thought I would use Zapier to maintain many lists for many clients but these seems extremely costly the way I have it set up. Am I doing something wrong?Thanks!
The Objective: Use Zapier to automate transferring leads from Facebook to my CRM (Ometria). The data that Zapier should be taking from the Facebook Ads forms is: Email, First Name, Last Name & Country Code. The Issue: I need every lead to have the Country Code field read GB. On the Facebook form, customers can enter anything they like, but it must read GB. Attempted work around: I have used Formatter by Zapier and the Transform Replace function to look up whatever the customer has entered and replace it with GB. However, I am having to create an extra step for each entry the customer may enter: Great Britain, England, UK, United Kingdom etc. This is leading to more Tasks being performed each time a new lead is acquired and I’m concerned my tasks limit will soon be reached. Is there anyway to have Zapier look up multiple different things within the same Task? Perhaps by separating strings of text with a comma? Thanks Paul.
I am trying to set up a connection between square and airtable. we have basically two inventories - one of new items which is in square, and a second which are collectible items that we have in airtable. we are trying to have some of the airtable inventory accessible through square (online or in the store). So i have it set up to import the desired items into square, but i would like the two apps to communicate when the item sells. I would like to update “quantity” and “in stock” fields. any idea? is this a webhooks situation? a little internet diving says yes...maybe?
A Zapier user here.I am wondering if multiple zap results are common or just my problem.I send new signup data to Airtable then slack notification. But, it’s irregular that some run ends up with 3 duplicated results, sometimes 2, sometimes even 5. Is there something I should do about this?Thanks.John
I am using Active Campaign automation to send emails to people that have registered into a webinar hosted on Zoom. I would like to include the add to calendar button information into the email but havent been able to link them as yet. Any ideas?
Hey everyone, I’m having an issue with my workflow, which is as follows: I’ve got three zaps running to:create item in Webflow/Airtable Update item in Airtable/Webflow Update live item in WebflowSo far things have been running smoothly and when a new Item is triggered a new airtable line is created housing all the datafields, which in turn are then used to populate a new CMS item being created in Webflow. Then the next trigger also works and updates things like: selling fast: true or sold out: false on the live item no worries. However, if an item is changed back to Selling fast: FALSE it doesn’t trigger the Zap and therefore nothing gets changed in airtable etc. This is causing myself and my client a lot of headaches and I was wondering what might be happening that changing the RSS feed back to an old state wouldn’t result in the update item zap triggering. Any help would be appreciated :) Adam
Hi there, I am trying to create email workflows in Flodesk based on whether or not someone purchases my product in ThriveCart, and I’m having some trouble with creating the workflow based on when someone does NOT purchase the product. The workflow is as follows: First I am sending an email after a freebie that promotes my product. If the customer purchases the product, that is the end of the workflow.If the customer does NOT purchase the product, I want to send them a second follow up email promoting the product again. If they purchase it, that’s the end of the workflow.If, after this second email, they still do not purchase the product, I want to send a third and final email promoting it. The problem I am having is I can’t seem to find a way to communicate between Flodesk and ThriveCart when someone does NOT purchase the item. Hello,I reported an Issue with Chime, and was told they found the bug. I was given this Bug Report title, but I can not find any information or check the status. Brand new to Zapier. Could somebody help point me in the right direction or let me know if it’s even possible?I have a website with Squarespace and I get a lot of contact form requests. At the moment the contact form goes directly to our emails but they get bogged down and missed sometimes.I was wondering if there was a way to send all contact form requests to an app or something? Or just a better way of doing what I’m doing!Thanks
Hi there! I am having trouble with actions “Create Contact” and “Create Activity” - specifically linking activities to contacts in Redtail CRM. There are no errors with the created zaps, and when I test them they seem to work just fine, however when a member tries to schedule an event through calendly, they are only sometimes created in Redtail. Furthermore, an activity will be created, but it won’t be linked to any contact in redtail. This field below does not seem to work between zap and redtail for me. Does anyone know how to fix these little bugs? Thanks!
I have downloadable content on my volcanic website which is facilitated by the form option in volcanic. I want to have the email addresses from the form go into a spreadsheet using Zapier but it doesn’t seem I can as I’m not using an app - its directly in Volcanic. Do I need a plug in or can I embed Volcanic code? Thank you for any help Elle :)
I created a zap to add new labeled Gmail messages to Airtable. The trigger label is “Add to Airtable”. I do not use conversation view in Gmail. My issue is the message URL added to Airtable opens the original message in a conversation. I want the URL to open the actual email that I labeled.
I need to figure out a solution to get this done. Basically, I have 1,000 PDFs and I need a trigger to send a different PDF each time it runs. Here’s the scenario:1 When tag is added to user in active campaign (or a web hook is called)2 Then an email is sent to the user in active campaign with the next file in sequence from a Google drive folder (or any file storage really)It doesn’t have to be in sequence but it has to not be the same file that was previously sent. If it deletes the file after sending, that’s okay too.

For example, if I have a zap delayed for one week and its triggered on the 5th, and on the 6th this zap triggers again, I want these two zaps to not be accumulated so that they are released on the 12th for the first zap and on the 13th for the second zap of that month. Hello, I’m trying to set up an automation that clears the date field in my Monday.com board when a certain status is selected. For example, when status = done, the “next checkin” field should be cleared out/null. I think the action I want is “Change Multiple Columns Value,” but I’m just not sure what to put in the date field to make it null. Thanks,Elizabeth
This is a continuation of this topic, as I’m working on some further implementation and I want to try and flesh out the syntax so everything works right. From what I gather, I will need to make two zaps… One for a new entry (New ticket) and one for an updated record (Add reply to ticket) The simple plan of attack is:1] Customer creates new entry on Airtable (Trigger)Action: Request (New ticket) is created on Freshdesk for new entry Action: Update Airtable record with Freshdesk ticket ID (For future reference and request updates)2] Customer updates an existing entry on Airtable (Trigger)Action: Possible delay (The trigger, in past experience, seems to work instantaneously.
