This may be a pretty basic question, but I am running into an issue with the way information is formatted from an app source. I need to use the “value” of the “name” for a specific custom field. My issue is when I attempt to find the specific value of “Invoice Date for Billing / Billing Info...etc, it only allows me to select the “values” of all of the customer fields, with them separated by columns. Is there any way in zapier to pull the specific value for one of the custome fields? There are around 15 custom fields.
Hello community!Is there any Meta advertisers out there that has experience in somehow connecting and tracking offline purchases with Quickbutikk?Unfortunately Zapier does not automatically support this platform. But is there a way to somehow configure offline tracking from facebook, with quickbutik, through zapier, to track purchases more accurately?
Here’s what I’m doing:trigger - Completed task in Asanaaction - Create Database item in NotionThe fields that are native to Asana pull in to my database just fine, but the custom fields just spit out the name of the custom field instead of its contents (e.g. we have a custom field for “Client Name” and instead of putting the name of the company, it just puts “Client Name”). One of the custom fields is text and the other two are drop-down select. Not sure how to proceed...
Hello - I am using Zapier to connect Klaviyo to Google Ads for Customer Match. I connected 1 client and 1 list and it takes 3 zaps (one for clicked email, one for completed purchase, one for subscribed to list) generating 3k tasks just over the weekend. I guess I am confused, is it really going to take thousands of tasks (and therefore thousands of dollars) just to maintain one list for one client? I thought I would use Zapier to maintain many lists for many clients but these seems extremely costly the way I have it set up. Am I doing something wrong?Thanks!

I am familair with MYSQL queries and also familiar with zapier tasks when a spreadsheet updates. Wondering if this is possible: When our recieved inventory spreadsheet has a new row the zap would:Search for the item name in our MYSQL order database Return all the matches from the MYSQL DB (only customer name, email, telephone, state) email us the resultsI think it’s possible. Just haven’t really run a query in zapier. I usually run them in phpmyadmin
Hey everyone, I’m having an issue with my workflow, which is as follows: I’ve got three zaps running to:create item in Webflow/Airtable Update item in Airtable/Webflow Update live item in WebflowSo far things have been running smoothly and when a new Item is triggered a new airtable line is created housing all the datafields, which in turn are then used to populate a new CMS item being created in Webflow. Then the next trigger also works and updates things like: selling fast: true or sold out: false on the live item no worries. However, if an item is changed back to Selling fast: FALSE it doesn’t trigger the Zap and therefore nothing gets changed in airtable etc. This is causing myself and my client a lot of headaches and I was wondering what might be happening that changing the RSS feed back to an old state wouldn’t result in the update item zap triggering. Any help would be appreciated :) Adam

Brand new to Zapier. Could somebody help point me in the right direction or let me know if it’s even possible?I have a website with Squarespace and I get a lot of contact form requests. At the moment the contact form goes directly to our emails but they get bogged down and missed sometimes.I was wondering if there was a way to send all contact form requests to an app or something? Hi there! I am having trouble with actions “Create Contact” and “Create Activity” - specifically linking activities to contacts in Redtail CRM. There are no errors with the created zaps, and when I test them they seem to work just fine, however when a member tries to schedule an event through calendly, they are only sometimes created in Redtail. Furthermore, an activity will be created, but it won’t be linked to any contact in redtail. This field below does not seem to work between zap and redtail for me. Does anyone know how to fix these little bugs? Thanks!
How do I create a contact in Follow Up Boss, enter their information, and activate an action plan when a site visitor completes a questionnaire?
I’m trying to figure out how to set up a connection between 123FormBuilder and Follow Up Boss (FUB) so that when a person completes a questionnaire on my site, it creates a contact on FUB, adds the information to their profile, and triggers an action plan on FUB. Anyone have experience setting up this sort of Zap?
I need to figure out a solution to get this done. Basically, I have 1,000 PDFs and I need a trigger to send a different PDF each time it runs. Here’s the scenario:1 When tag is added to user in active campaign (or a web hook is called)2 Then an email is sent to the user in active campaign with the next file in sequence from a Google drive folder (or any file storage really)It doesn’t have to be in sequence but it has to not be the same file that was previously sent. If it deletes the file after sending, that’s okay too.
Hello Zapier Community,Does anyone know a way to asynchronously run zaps? For example, if I have a zap delayed for one week and its triggered on the 5th, and on the 6th this zap triggers again, I want these two zaps to not be accumulated so that they are released on the 12th for the first zap and on the 13th for the second zap of that month. Currently I want to publish my app, but I need to create some zaps and run some tasks to make sure I can submit the app review application properly. In the morning, I was able to run four zaps, tasks, but now I can only run two zaps. I would like to ask how to keep zap in running state, because only then can I fix some problems and submit my app for review
I have already configured the triggers I need, this is more about the action: I need to send a unique code from a list of codes in an email, this means picking the first code in the list and deleting it then including it in an email, I don't want to call an API endpoint for this, because I would have to code it and if I’m going to code an API endpoint for it, I rather modify my functions.php in my WordPress theme and not use Zapier at all. More context:I’m triggering the Zapier for the event paid trigger in WooCommerce integration. Thanks in advance.
