How can I track the status of bulk-sent DocuSign envelopes in Microsoft Excel?

I am managing the sending out and tracking of around 8000 DocuSign envelopes. I have created a tracker in Excel with a column that will track against each client their envelope status - i.e signed, pending. 

What I wish to know is if Zapier will be able to manage “Bulk Sends”, as in will it track envelopes sent from DocuSign in a bulk send, or is it only compatible with individual sent envelopes?

 

If this is possible, how would I go about building a Zap that does the above?

 

Very new to Zapier so would appreciate your patience.

Are you trying to trigger the sending or completion or both?

Hi Troy, ideally I would like to track both - but if it is a case of either or, than tracking completion at a minimum

Any ideas guys? Really struggling here and if Zapier can’t manage this it will make it pointless for my purposes.

Try configuring Zaps that find/create + update the data in Excel.

DocuSign has these available Zap triggers/actions:

I think the Envelope Status Updated trigger should work for these purposes
