Hi, everyone. Tapping into your universal wisdom.Has anyone created a zap that generates a task based on the responses to a survey in google forms? For example, if you are asking potential clients if they are interested in different products:product Ainterested not interested not sure wrong personproduct Binterested not interested not sure wrong personetc.If they answer ‘interested’ to any product, I would like to generate a task for a colleague (through Google calendar). If the answer was ‘not sure’ to any product, this would generate a task for a different colleague. The tasks would note which product the potential client was interested in or ‘not sure’ about.I have the results from the google form survey feeding into a google sheet. The data is shown in the following manner.Timestamp DATE Who? Hi, Recently I am getting new leads from all around the world but somehow when I wanted to collect which country are they from, the google sheet does not update as such.Here is my set up:-Opt-in Page (ClickFunnels) → Email lead generate (Keap) → Email, name, phone number, country (Google Sheet)Any reason why even when they selected the which country they are from, the google sheet still does not update?Thanks!

Booking in simplybook.me triggers event to be added into Google Calendar Google Calendar generates a 24 hour reminder prior to the above event that triggers Flodesk to add that client to a new segment Does anyone know the best way to link a reminder to a Google calendar event that can then trigger Flodesk?Thank you so much!
Calendly to Google Sheets - I want to leave my formulas or drop down boxes untouched amongst Zapier data
Hi there, I am trying to set up a Calendly to Google Sheets Zap. My spreadsheet will only populate certain cells in the row from calendly and I want those cells that have no data being passed to leave my drop down boxes and / or formulas in place. At present when the Zap runs it is removing my dropdown / formulas and replacing them with a totally blank cell.Is there a way to stop this happening so that the data from Calendly is populated where needed but the other cells are left alone? Hello Zapier Community, I’m trying to create a zap from Xero → Sheet, whereby a row is created in sheet if we have a bill (accounts payable) coded to account code eg “rent”. I don’t seem to be able to filter for bills with “rent” - but can only retrieve all bills. Do you know if this is possible?

Hi.I’m currently looking for an expert to assist us with a woocommerce acuity integration. Currently when an appointment is purchased on woocommerce, a link to acuity is sent to the customer to schedule the appointment. The problem is that the customer can then access the link at any time to make additional appointments without paying. We are looking for a workaround that doesnt add more steps for the customer.

Hi,I'm trying to connect Gravity Forms on my WordPress website to SendinBlue via Zapier. I've done this in the past, but I'm having trouble getting it operational this time.I've connected both systems to Zapier without problems, and I see all the GF forms on my website when I create a new Zap. But I do not see any of the fields in any of the forms. Only two fields everywhere: True and False.Am I missing something?Thank you for your help!
We want to use Zapier to send a Slack alert when a certain type of task in Clickup is moved from status “in progress” to status “closed.” For example - when any/all NEW WEBSITE tasks are closed, we want to be notified in Slack. I can see how to create a Zap that notifies us when any task in Clickup is closed, but is there a way to filter this so that it only notifies us about tasks named NEW WEBSITE? Thanks!
I am new to zapier and excited to learn, but I have been struggling to set up my first zap for hours and I’m sure I’m doing something wrong, but I’m uncertain as to what. I am trying to set up a zap so that when I receive a new catering order, I receive an SMS notification. while my action is working fine, my trigger appears to be having some issues.triggers set upemails not foundemails do existAlthough there are emails matching the trigger, zapier cannot find any that match it. I’ve tried adding in:inbox, removing in:inbox, having the trigger be firstname.lastname@example.org by itself: all in vain. I would greatly appreciate some insight as to what I’m doing wrong and how to correct it.
I recently connected my GMB to create a zap. I manage several businesses in my agency, and I only selected one business when I was creating the connection. I need connect them all so that I can create review zaps to leadconnector.I am unable to edit the connection to include the other businesses. Is there a way to update this?
Hi im having a problem i havr upgraded my plan to be able to use the premium features while iwas in the process of creating a zap for social media. with test runs the zaps are all showing. But it still shows zero tasks complete. ive had to do each one individually. i would like to have my social media platforms fully automated please. Thank you in advance.
Hi All,I am using a Zap- webhook in Formstack Documents(webmerge) to automatically save the merged document in Track Via. I want to save the merged document in one of my view in Track Via. I want to save the merged document which I am sending to external users and also the signed file which I will receive once they sign the document.For now I am able to save only one file and not both. Can you please confirm if in one zap I can save document automatically to my view? With different Zaps it is possible but it is creating two diffrent records- one for merged fiel and one for signed file. I want to have both the documents in one record in TrackVia.So my trigger is New Merged Document in Formstack Document and Action is Add record to view in TrackVia.Can you please confirm if it is possible to create a Zap which contain both the documents using webhook from Formstack Documents and save it in TrackVia?Thanks!Bhawana Pandey
