Hi, everyone! I am trying to create a zap that will generate a list of ClickUp tasks that are due today in a specific folder in ClickUp. I’ve been trying to figure this out for a couple of days already but could not make it work.I hope and would highly appreciate if somebody can help me with this.
Hi all,As per the subject line, I’d like to create a flow that goes like this.User completes form in WPForms.PDF generated of the completed form, preferably with custom formatting (logo etc).PDF and text fields stored in MySQL database. However, I’m failing on the first step. When trying to create the trigger, I can connect to WPForms ok, but it won’t retrieve any of my forms. I’ve reconnected several times, removed all wordpress plugins, disabled my firewalls and cleared the cache. I’ve also tried configuring it with and without the trailing ‘/’ on the website field.Any ideas please?
Hi Everyone, Good Day.I am building an app which can take data from different Triggers from Facebook apps and consume it in my app.Is there any place where sample data/model we get for each of the Triggers of Facebook apps is documented?If I can get this it will save a lot of effort, because creating Facebook posts to trigger event for test sake may be a tedious task. Hi all. I am a developer for a WordPress site, not WordPress.com, self-hosted WordPress. We have a Twilio account. What we need is to send SMS when a new post is published. It needs to be as automatic as possible, as they are time-sensitive posts. Once I find an integration, i’ll be eventually need to customize it, in the WordPress end - only send SMS on post of certain post types and / or categories, for one. Currently we use OneSignal for email and desktop notifications, but we need SMS! OneSignal has some integrations but I bet i can more easily with Twilio and Zapier. Can anyone point me in the right direction? The Zapier Wizard led me to WordPress.com, so here I am! Thanks!Ben

Hello, I am trying to create a path when an outlook email is received to update or create a task on AsanaCheck if task title exists = set by email subjectA: IF exists add a comment (story) on existing taskB: IF doesnt exists create new task As task i need to search by the Email Subject for the system to decide if task exists already or not. System doesn't allow to be searched by new Email subject, I can only specify task that already exist on Asana. This is where i need help. How can i search if task exist → if yes to find it and update comment?
The Objective: Use Zapier to automate transferring leads from Facebook to my CRM (Ometria). The data that Zapier should be taking from the Facebook Ads forms is: Email, First Name, Last Name & Country Code. The Issue: I need every lead to have the Country Code field read GB. On the Facebook form, customers can enter anything they like, but it must read GB. Attempted work around: I have used Formatter by Zapier and the Transform Replace function to look up whatever the customer has entered and replace it with GB. However, I am having to create an extra step for each entry the customer may enter: Great Britain, England, UK, United Kingdom etc. This is leading to more Tasks being performed each time a new lead is acquired and I’m concerned my tasks limit will soon be reached. Is there anyway to have Zapier look up multiple different things within the same Task? Perhaps by separating strings of text with a comma? Thanks Paul.
I’m setting up a Zap that is triggered by any card being dropped into an In Progress list in Trello.That trigger then creates a new record in an Airtable base. That’s easy enough to set up as a Zap.But I can’t figure out how to get the Trello Member Name to populate the new Airtable record in a column named owner.The only option I could see was mapping a Trello field named Member IDs (or something like that) to the Owner column in Airtable.I’d like the Airtable record to display the actual Member name on the Trello card, not the ID.Is there anyway to achieve this? If the Member ID route is the only option, is there a way in Airtable you know of to map a set of names to specific Trello Member IDs?Thank you for your help! Loving Zapier so far.
Hi all,I’m really struggling to get this to work. I am trying to add a contact to Google Contacts and assign it to a group. I can get the contact into Google Contact no problem, but the add to contact step doesn’t work. I have read some other posts on this and I believe I am doing it correctly, but for some reason the test doesn’t work. I use a custom with the ID from the second step. Any ideas would be most appreciated.

I am looking to create a website chatbot that can do the following function: Bot asks the customer for the delivery reference. Customers sends in the chat the delivery reference.Bot do a search in the google spreadsheet and returns the row data to the customer. I have downloadable content on my volcanic website which is facilitated by the form option in volcanic. I want to have the email addresses from the form go into a spreadsheet using Zapier but it doesn’t seem I can as I’m not using an app - its directly in Volcanic. Do I need a plug in or can I embed Volcanic code? Thank you for any help Elle :)
Hello! New to Zapier and trying to achieve the following:1. Trigger: New card is created in Trello2. Action: Create a new spreadsheet copied from a template and use the card name as the spreadsheet title3. Action: Map Trello card field data into newly created spreadsheet cellsI’ve managed to setup the first action, but struggling to populate the spreadsheet with card information. My thinking was to create a secondary action within the same zap to update the newly created spreadsheet. When selecting what spreadsheet to update, I figured I’d be able to reference the spreadsheet from the second step: However, the zap isn’t able to find the spreadsheet based on it’s ID or URL.It seems like my only option is to pick a set spreadsheet and I’m not able to choose a variable.How can I go about setting up an action that “links” with another action?TIA! :)

I would like to create a zap where whenever a social media (FB, LI, Twitter) post is published (not scheduled or in queue) via Buffer a message is sent to a Slack channel, so everyone in the company can see & react to that post. I can’t figure out how to make this work, is it even possible? Thanks in advance.
I can setup a good connection using Zapier and ConnectWise using public/private keys. I test it and it works. But when I choose the “method” to get a notification if a ticket changes, then Zapier lists several filters I can apply. All of those return an error when I click to populate them from ConnectWise. I cannot progress any further with setting up the ZAP at this point. I’m guessing there are some additional privileges needed in ConnectWise? If so, does anyone know what they are? I’m not a ConnectWise admin and don’t have those privileges but I can work with our admin to get changes. FYI, I’ve already checked the ConnectWise documentation and found no information indicating what privileges might be involved. Nor do I see it mentioned on this site. Thanks in advance!
