Shopify Updated Order trigger - specifying which update

Hi there,I am trying to set up a zap where whenever an order in shopify is fulfilled, we autosend a follow-up email through gmail. I only want this message to be sent when the order has been fulfilled. As of now I’ve set it so that when the order status changes to closed, the email should be triggered (pictured in image 1. reasoning for this choice explained in next paragraph). The problem is I can’t figure out how to deselect triggers for “payment status” and “fulfillment status”. For example I don’t want this email to be sent when someone pays, it should only be sent once the order is fulfilled. Even when I don’t select a trigger for payment status and fulfillment status, it defaults to “any” as pictured. So last night for example it emailed people who’s orders were updated as “delivered” in shopify, but I don’t want that. Any advice here?Follow up question, is there any way to customize these triggers or are they set by Shopify? The fulfillment status triggers are limited to shipped

I have a Zap that is throwing an error “The app returned “Access Denied” when I try to upload images from my airtable record to a google drive folder.It only happens when there are multiple images in the airtable field.What do I need to do to correct this?

Is there a way to automatically add a Facebook friend or LinkedIn contact by creating a zap integration?  Assuming the URL is known already for the contact.  So far as I know, there’s no current way to do this but perhaps someone has had success.

Create multiple date variables in a single step

Not sure how to phrase this, so I’ll describe the scenario:I have a scheduled Zap, running weekly there’s no external input data involved I use the {{zap_meta_utc_iso}} global variable as a starting date A later step is supposed to send future timestamps, counted from this starting point (today +1d, today +2d etc) e.g. today is 2021-05-12T11:34:10+02:00 and I need multiple items/ variables I can use in later Actions, e.g. day1: 2021-05-12T11:34:10+02:00day2: 2021-05-13T11:34:10+02:00day3: 2021-05-14T11:34:10+02:00day4: 2021-05-15T11:34:10+02:00day5: 2021-05-16T11:34:10+02:00day6: 2021-05-17T11:34:10+02:00day7: 2021-05-18T11:34:10+02:00 What I *could* do is using individual “Formatter” steps, each using a “Add/Subtract time” action with a “{{iso}} +1d”, “{{iso}} +2d” etc. notation ad nauseam.But this look ridiculously inefficient, and I bet there’s easier solutions out there (don’t let me down, Internet People!) Any ideas? I’ll take line items, custom code, pretty much any kind of unor

One of our zaps gives a Google Sheet error: google sheet "check quota"How can we increase the Google Sheets quota?Will signing up for a Google Developer account and increasing the API Quota as mentioned here help?https://developers.google.com/sheets/api/limitsOr it would not work as we are not adding a direct API link in the zap to that Google Spreadsheet?

Having Mojo Read from Google Sheets, and its not "seeing" data that is in a cell that is a formula.

I have these emails that I get, that I made a zap to have their content go into a google sheet, and then in the google sheets I had to use this weird formula to pull the data that I needed our of the cell next to it. I used this formula   =REGEXEXTRACT(A2,"(\n.*){4}")Basically in Cell “a2” its like a paragraph of text,  so in “B2” I am pulling out just the persons name.   etc.  But when I am setting up mojo, it only sees the text in A2, but it doesnt “see” the text in B2 (the zapier error is “no data”) , I am guessing because its technically a formula and not actually “Bob Smith” which is what I want it to pull into a mojo list. Am I on the right track here?   Thank you for your insight.

Hey there, everybody! I’m wondering…Are there any apps you use that you discovered because of that app’s Zapier integration?Waaaaay back in the day, long before I worked at Zapier, I would routinely check out the Zapbook (as it was called back then) to learn about new apps. Hello, See below for my requirement I would like a new record in salesforce to trigger the creation/copy of an existing Google Sheet and then a new row inserted on that new spreadsheet with date from the Salesforce record SolutionTrigger: 1. New Record in SalesForceAction: 2. Create Spreadsheet in Google Sheets-------Spreadsheet to Copy: Select template sheet-------Headers: Blank Action: 3. Create Spreadsheet Row-------Spreadsheet, Custom: 2. ID-------Worksheet: Selected worksheet to insert new row I Can get all of this set up, but it never asks me which fields to put in the new row that are from the New Salesforce record? It does that when I do a normal create spreadsheet row so im thinking it has something to do with me making this a 3rd action after the create spreadsheet action.

Creating a Customer in Square: can I add more fields?

I added more fields in Square to put more information for each customer, but they don’t show up in Zapier so my zap can’t auto populate the fields I created. Is there a way to add more fields to my zap? I am creating customers using jotform, and all the jotform fields are showing up but not the Square ones I created

Zapier Not showing Spreadsheet as option to select even though is connected to my Google Drive (Part 2)

After following all of the instructions in the previous statement I still cannot seem to get the zapier account to link. I tried copying the portion of the URL suggested and pasting it into the custom field but still I received an error. Are there any other recommendations?

How to Use an Order Bump in clickfunnels to enroll in a course in teachable?

Hey, guys! I saw this question asked in another post and didn’t see a direct answer, but I figured it out after some trail and error so I thought I’d help! Make sure you have two different types of purchases in your account. So make one purchase without the order bump and one with the order bump. Then connect your initial order with the teachable course it belongs with. Then connect your order bump order with the order bump teachable course it belongs with.** Although the order script doesn’t look very dissimilar in Zapier, it will trigger differently and sign them up for the correct courses! You’ll see it come through. :)

Errors and missed rows with MySQL Zap

I have created a zap pulling data from a MySQL table and posting them to a Google Sheet. The last successful transaction took place on 13 April. On the 15th I had to make some changes to the front end of my website, thus I took the landing page down for maintenance; during that time the back end configuration did not change. On the 21st the zap was paused due to high error ratio. A little time after that I re-publihsed my website with the new front end edits. (Again no back-end or MySQL changes were performed during that period.) Today I re-checked that the connections are as they should be, and no errors were reported. I enabled the Auto-replay feature, and re-enabled the zap itself also. I even run a test data in/data out and the Google Sheet was updated.  I need to now see the MySQL rows that were created between the 13th of April and the current date to start coming in on the Google Sheet of mine, which they haven’t yet. So question #1 is how long does it usually take for the auto-

Zoom - troubles with "Invalid parameter: country" error

I have issues with setting up my zap LinkedIn Lead Gen form - Zoom. When i set up the action Country/region (required) and i test the test it i receive an error on the Country/region action. The information has been pulled from LinkedIn and the test information is shown when choosing the action - but it wont through the test.How come is that?

Hi Zapier team,“New Reaction Added in Slack” trigger works fine in a channel (if not in a thread in the channel).However, the trigger returns wrong data when an emoji is added to a message in a thread. The trigger returns random wrong data. Most of the time, it returns the data of most recent message in the channel.Could you please take a look at the problem? I love Zapier. Thank you.

Cannot select Issue Type in Jira Software Cloud

Hello all,  I am looking to setup a Google Form <> Jira integration whereby when a G Form is submitted it, an issue is created in Jira in a specific project.  I have done this on past projects but a new one I am setting up, I get the following:  I looked on Jira and do not believe there are any undefined issue types, as have the normal issue types of Bug, Story, Task, etc.  Has anyone come across this before? Problem with Google Calendar

Hi All,  I have a bit of a problem. I am integrating Google Sheets and Calendar so that when a new row is added an event is created. The issue is that the events are in different calendars. Basically the sheet will have in it the calendar name and when I apply the new detailed event I go to the calendar name and chose “custom” and pass the field that hold the calendar name and I always get the same error: Status Code 404 Not Found When I pick a specific calendar, it works fine.

Google Sheets to Salesforce Integration questions

I am working on a zap with the following items. Trigger: A new row inserted in a google spread sheet which has the columns “First Name, Last Name, Amount”.Action: Based on the first name and last name, find contact from Salesforce and then create an opportunity with the amount. My match criteria for “Find Record” in Salesforce is FullName = firstName + ‘ ‘ + lastName. My problem is below.When I use the “Find Record” with the first name+ last name, all I am getting is the Id field of the Contact only. How do I get other fields like AccountId from the Contact object? In the next action step, when I create an opportunity, I need to associate it with the account that is linked to the contact. I don’t see any documentation or help from Zapier regarding this. Can someone help?
