Creating An Expense in QuickBooks Online

I am working on a Zap that creates an expense in QuickBooks Online corresponding to each ShipStation shipment that is created. However, there doesn't seem to be a way to specify whether the expense amounts passed to QuickBooks Online are exclusive or inclusive of sales taxes or out of scope of taxes. This is something that is required when creating an expense manually in QuickBooks Online in order to ensure the correct tax treatment. So should it not be part of a Zap action item that creates an expense in QuickBooks Online?Thanks.

I have a google form that works this way: Select a service:ABCD Select a company size:1234 If you choose:A1 – receive email A1A2 – receive email A2A3 and 4 – receive email A3/4(this part works OK) But if you select:B1 B2 B3 B4 - receive email BC1 C2 C3 C4 - receive email CD1 D2 D3 D4 - receive email DDoesn’t matter the company size.The problem goes like this:A is running ok, they are receiving the right email.but if they choose B, C or D and the company size, they are receiving 2 emails.For example: If they choose B2 they received email B and also A2.If they choose D3 they received email D and also A3.I’ve already tried connectors And and Or and can’t find a way to make it work.

Lookup Salesforce field and Return Related Field

Hi, I am trying to lookup a field in Salesforce and return a specific related field. In this example I am trying to match a field “Instagram Handle” that is already stored at the account level in Salesforce, and have it return the related contact for that accounts email.  So far I am able to match the account by instagram handle using “find records” - how do I then match those record details to the related Contact Email field?  (I should mention that I know the matching can be accomplished on the Salesforce side - but I’m trying to avoid that as we have a very curated dashboard for our sales team. Also, this is part of a wider flow operations where I am trying to match accounts that have tagged our account on instagram to their CRM email so we can add them to a lead scoring program in Marketo)

Abandoned Cart in Thinkific

Hi there, Does anyone know how to create a successful zap if someone creates a profile on Thinkific, abandons their cart or their payment fails? I haven’t been able to find a successful zap for any of these scenarios into Flodesk. There is a way to create a new subscriber in Flodesk when each one of these events occurs, BUT this “Zap” also gets triggered when someone enrolls in a new course. So they end up showing up as enrolled in the course and “cart abandonment” status within Flodesk. I tried using the filter option, but don’t see anything to filter on within zapier that would signify this is a cart abandonment/ failed payment. Does that make sense? Any insight would be appreciated.

I’m trying to push a date field from my Monday.com board into a date field in a Salesforce opportunity. When I do a test of the zap, it recognizes the column that houses my data but says there is “no data” even though this field does have a date.  What am I missing? Isn’t this possible?

Instantly & Gmail Sync with Hubspot

Hello All, I am new and these are my first Zaps, any help would be great. When a positive event happens in Instantly, I want to automatically update or create a Contact, Company, & Deal in HubSpot. I would also like to be able to create a task assigned to a sales rep with the previous associations. Additionally, I would like to do the same process with positive responses received in Gmail. I would like to be able to use the domain from the received email and pull all the associated info from Instantly and then create the HubSpot Contact, Company, and Deal.  Because the sending accounts in Instantly are the same as the Gmail accounts, I am running into issues of creating duplicates, the triggers not working at all, or the Gmail zap is also pulling in negative responses such as “Unsubscribe”. What is the best way to structure this Zap or Zaps?

Updating fields in Monday from Salesforce

Currently, I have two Zaps:One that sends Opportunity data from Salesforce to a Monday board A second that updates fields in Monday when a change happens to the Salesforce Opportunity. Right now, the second Zap throws an error if it can not find the matching Salesforce Opportunity ID in Monday. How do I set up this second Zap so that it doesn’t throw an error if it can’t find the corresponding Salesforce Opp ID in Monday. We don’t have all of our SF Opportunities loaded into Monday yet and I don’t want our IT team to get blasted with error messages.  Here is a screenshot for how this second zap is set up:  Thanks!

Deleting Zaps

I understand that if I delete a task from my history I will not get the credits back.  However, if I delete a scheduled task, will that stop the task from completing?  For example, if I am running a sales campaign for three weeks, and after my first touch someone says they are not interested, can I go in and delete all follow up tasks so that person does not receive an email from me over the next three weeks?

How can I avoid overwriting cells?

Hi,I would like to transfer information about leads from one Zapier Table to the others. My main challenge is to avoid data getting lost. I am looking for best practice, really, as I don’t know what the best concept would be. In an ideal world the following would happen: A lead is new or updated in Table A Zapier looks for that lead in Table B (identified by the file number) Zapier fills all columns for this lead which are filled in Table A and empty in Table B In case a column has data already, it should be appended to the existing data in the same column in Table BAs I believe this is a very generic problem, I searched the community...but couldn’t find anything. What would you do?

I am wanting to setup an automation for when a photo is taken on a project in CompanyCam it will then update a status in Monday.com--Current automation: When an install is confirmed in Monday.com by our team, a Project with customer details gets created in CompanyCam, then CompanyCam add the project link in a column in Monday.com I need a way to update the status of the item (customer) in Monday.com to “On-Site” when the first picture is taken in that project on CompanyCam.

Creating a card in Trello from a Sharepoint folder

I have a Zap creating a card in Trello with the title of the folder name when a new folder is added to a shared Sharepoint folder, but the zap keeps adding a new identical card with every run even though the folder hasn’t been updated.  Am I missing some form of lookup to check if the card already exists?  I thought I’d done it based on created date but maybe it should be created date and time?

Hello, I am a beginner working with Zapier and our goal is to automate the process of transferring data from Shopify to Google sheet - for example, orders from Shopify. I know how to create a Zap to transfer data for each created order in Shopify. However, with a large number of orders, we quickly run out of prepaid tasks. Do you think that there is a possibility to download data, e.g. once a day in bulk and not after one order?So there wouldn't be one task = one order, but, for example, one taks = a summary of daily orders.Thank you for your answers and help.

Zap finding the same event in Google Calendar

New to Zapier Hi all,I’ve set up a Zap with the intention of adding attendees to an event any time a new entry is created in Google Calendar. Calendly automatically creates entries with the same event title every time which is Meeting with XThe initial run worked fine as it found the event and added the attendees.What I’ve found is that it finds the earliest event every time and isn’t updating any new entries with the attendees.1. New or Updated Event in Google Calendar2. Find Event in Google CalendarIt’s just a string search: “Meeting with X”3. Add Attendee/s to Event in Google CalendarIt keeps trying to update the same meeting over and over. Help please!

How to have an Interfaces form submittal include a single approval?

I thought what I needed to do could be accomplished by Approvals by Zapier, but that was discontinued back in February.  I came across an incomplete tutorial in this community outlining how to pre-fill a form via URL.  Here’s what I’m trying to do:I have vendors submitting Invoices but they need to be approved. I want to have a form (Invoice Form) that, when submitted, triggers a zap which generates an email to an approver.  That email would contain a URL to an approval form (which is associated with the table in the Invoice Form), which has, prefilled, the data from the Invoice Form submittal, along with a checkbox to approve.  When the Submit on this form is clicked, a zap is triggered which updates the table behind the original Invoice Form with this approval checkbox = checked, and continues along with other actions.I see tutorials on creating a Button field in a table, but I don’t see how submitting a form can be associated with that button.  It seems that button can only be click

Wrike Effort in tasks

Hello,I’m trying to make a Zap that creates a task in Wrike when an Outlook meeting is created. But I also want the task in Wrike to have an Effort amount that matches the length of time of the Outlook meeting. This is so when the task shows up in the Resource Module, the appropriate amount of time is blocked off. Is this possible? I guess the workaround if not, would be to just go into the task and set it up, and I could do an automation in wrike to notify the assignee to do it when the task is created in that folder...
