Tagging a contact in Active Campaign with an Asana app integration zap
Is it possible to create a zap that does the following?: a person’s contact details are added to a task on the app Asana, then Active Campaign searches for the contact and then applies a specific tag. Essentially I want active campaign to add tags to contacts when that contact has their information added to a new Asana task.
How can I have a Zap run different actions depending on whether a message has been responded to within a certain amount of time?
This post has been split from @SamB Could you please help with another scenario, where we actually want to trigger every new messages that does not go above 15 mins idle time (i.e the time between the last two messages) followed by some actions meanwhile messages coming after the idle time should be considered as the new set of trigger for the same actions. Keeping in mind we should be using least number of tasks. What would be the best way to do this? please share your thoughts.
Is this possible Google Forms/Openai use case
Hello Everyone,I am a complete novice with Zapier and I would like to know if Zapier will allow me to achieve what I am trying to do. Use case: I want to creat a Google Form that will allow a person to input text and then for openai to correct the grammar of the user inputed text in the form. I want the grammar correction to appear in a new field in the form while the user is still on the form (like a chatbot). Then, I want the user text and the openai corrected text to be sent to an email address and/or saved as a Google Form response. I have no idea if this is possible or how I would do this using Zapier. I created a Zap, but the form does nothing and I am obviously missing some basic understanding of how to make this work in Zapier. Thanks in advance for any help! All the best,David
How do we sync Wix contacts with Google Workspace contacts?
I want to automatically sync our contacts in Wix with the contacts in our Google Workspace, which is attached to our Wix website as a “Business Email”.Is there any existing Zap that does this?One problem is that Google Workspace doesn’t seem to offer shared contacts, i.e. the Contacts app is tied to an individual user and you can’t have a contact list that’s shared between all users. So I’m looking for Zap that would automagically keep every user’s contacts up to date with the contacts list in our Wix website.
Setting a zap to automate invoice generation in Zoho invoice with Shopify
Hey thereI was hoping someone can assist me with an issue I’ve encountered while attempting to integrate Zoho Invoice with my Shopify store using Zapier.When attempting to set up the invoice auto fill from Shopify using Zapier there doesn’t appear to be a customer address field. An invoice is useless without customer address therefore there must be a way of adding this as a field?Please let me know if you have any ideas or guidance on how to resolve the issue.Thanks
Auto Generate Charts based on Survey Responses
I have actually posted a similar question to this before. I have changed my criteria slightly, so am wondering if anyone knows an app that can work for me, or if a developer can offer me a custom service. In short, we ask people to complete surveys and in exchange we sum/average their data points and provide feedback for them, i.e. “Your average was 3.4 out of 5. You should do XXX”. Right now, we extract the data from Qualtrics, put it into Excel, generate the chart and insights, PDF and send. Very manual and slow! The experience I want:User completes a survey (Qualtrics - we have paid subscription so can use Zaps) Behind the scenes the numbers are crunched and the chart created. Then the User receives EITHER: An email with a PDF’d report attached that contains charts based on their answers OR They are given a user to our Invision Community platform (we have it connected to Zapier) where they can access charts based on their results I am willing to pay for apps and services as appro
General question about automating workflow between Google Drive/Dropbox and LinkedIn
Hi folks, I am brand new to using Zapier. Ideally, I would like it if Zapier would be able to share my content automatically or at a scheduled time after I had placed it in a specific Google Drive/Dropbox folder. Also, would this work for both pictures and videos?As of now, I understand it is capable of doing that.However, (I’m speaking out of ignorance, it may be able to do this. I don’t know) I noticed that you wouldn’t be able to add written description to go along with the Zap to post.To me, it is a great start and heading in the right direction. I love automation, but if it is not able to include that written description to go along with the content.What good is it if you have to go back after the Zap is done, edit post by adding the written description to it?

Sorting Google Sheets data breaks my zap. Best practices?
My zap is pretty simple. I input customer booking data like date, time, and email addresses into a Google Sheet, and it automates creating a Google Calendar event based on this data. The trigger is a new row in the Google Sheet. Recently I saw that the zap had stopped working, and figured out that its probably because I had sorted the data without turning the zap off. Customers don’t book in a neat order, so the rows on the sheet can be in an order like May, August, April. I want to sort the data in the sheet by date, so I can see the bookings chronologically as April, May, August. I just want to make sure I don’t break it again if I do the belowturn off zap sort the Google sheet data by date (April, May, August) turn zap back on Or do I always have to revert back to the way the google sheet was prior to sort? turn off zap sort the Google sheet data by date (April, May, August) undo sort by date (May, August, April) turn zap back onthanks in advance for any help!
Copy email attachment from Gmail to Google drive without changing the file extension.
I am trying to create a zap that sees a new Gmail email come in with a specific subject and then copy it’s attachment to a google share. I’ve got it sort of working but it keeps changing the csv file extension to .gdoc. Also, if possible, I would like it to overwrite the existing file if the new emails attachment has the same name.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Send Zaps Only from Specific Hotjar Segments
Is it possible to only send recording from Hotjar that are from already set up segments in Hotjar? I have built a segment filter in Hotjar. I want anytime I get a new recording that matches those filters to send me an email for notification. But when i go to build the Zap there is no attribute that is related to the Hotjar Segment title that I can see. Does anyone know how to do this?This looks like it’s supposed to be easily doable based on the interaction menu on segments. Thank you!
How to format inconsistent address?
My CRM has me input all the address fields separately but sends it to Zapier in an odd format. I need to pull only the street address portion. Here is an example of what is pulled over to Zapier. 123 N Zapier St Lutz, FL 33549 US[street address] [city], [state] [zip] [country] I can’t use the comma separator because there’s no comma in from of the city name and if I use a space separator then it’ll be different each time depending on if there a street direct or multi word street name. Any suggestions on how I could get this to work?
How to put a personalized stripe payment link in an automated email when a stripe payment fails (trigger)
Hello! In the event that a stripe payment fails, I’d like to be able to send an email to the customer with a link that allows them to pay for the product they were initially trying to purchase. I am struggling to figure out exactly how to do this and would greatly appreciate help. What I’ve tried so far:I have been able to get the basics taken care of. The “failed payment in Stripe” trigger is set up, and I am using actual data from a failed payment in the recent past.The next step is where the issue lies. Under the Action tab in “Create Payment Link for Stripe,” The very first line item, Price, is causing me issues. I have a handful of products, so when I select the Price line I can either hard-code one of the products and create a link no-issues. However, I don’t want to hard-code the product into becoming a product link. Ideally, I am able to create a link for the exact product where the payment failed. So, I clicked into custom and have been attempting to use various of the options
CINC to Mailchip
Hi! I’m trying to set up a Zap where clients from my CINC CRM get moved automatically to a subscriber into mailchimp when a certain label is applied. However, when I go to the label dropdown menu the labels are showing up at “Label A” “Label B” “Label C” etc… instead of the lables that we actually use in CINC. Anyone have any ideas on how to get our actual labels to show up? Thanks!
