How to use Dante AI to trigger an email?

I am currently using Dante as my trigger to capture new leads via chat and store to my CRM. However, I noticed that sometimes the client wants to connect to an agent. Since we don’t have the resources to man these chats all the time, I was thinking of using Zapier to end an email to our group that someone wants to connect so that we can take action the soonest possible time. Has anyone done this before? Right now am only seeing 2 triggers in Dante Chat via Zapier Triggers.

How to add a delay in Zapier to send automated texts only between 8 AM and 9 PM after Facebook Form submission?

Hi All!I’m currently facing a challende with my zaps. You see, i’ve set up an automated textmessage zap that triggers after a fb form is submitted. The issue is that people fill out these forms all through the night, and getting a reply at 03.45 am is a dead giveaway that this isn’t a real person. I’m looking for a delay that makes this zap wait during nighttime, and only send out messages between 8 am and 9 pm. Doesn’t matter if its the weekends. Do any of you know how to set this up?It’s important to note that i dont want the zap to be turned off at night, i still want the nightowls to get their message, but i want it to be during daytime.Thanks for the help in advance!

How Do I Get Custom Fields from Go high level CRM their Zapier App - LeadConnector?

Hello,I recently just got signed up with High Level CRM. I have created custom fields that are specifically for opportunities.I created a Zap that is triggered by new applications being created in my POS. It captures the usual stuff, name, phone, email etc….and a whole bunch of other stuff like loan amount, property address, note rate, loan term etc… - its for mortgages. I created custom fields for those items as they are not native in the CRM.My second step is to put the data collected from my POS into the CRM both native and custom fields. The problem is that the LeadConnector app only shows the original native fields and is not populating with my custom fields. So I can’t insert my POS data into them.I spoke to several reps at Go High Level that say the app should populate with your custom fields but no one can tell me why its not. Finally one said that I had to contact zapier to get that done.  Can anyone provide any help?

"Needs an Action" error when publishing the Zap

I have a zap from Typeform to Zapier Tables. The data that is entered into the table I need to have zapier reformat a few fields before the output step as the data is added to a report. Basically the data the table receives is “2” and I need to reformat it to “(x2)”I have selected the field on the Table and selected Formatter » Text » Replace and while it says its doing the right output Zapier wont allow me to publish it as it “Needs an Action”

I have a table with the fields expiration date and email addresses.I want it to find the expiration dates every day to send an email to each record that matches the date of the day.Using Zapier loops, I found that I have 3 records with the same date, but I can’t find a way to send an email for each record with Gmail. What it does is create a single email with all the email addresses together instead of creating an email for each line.you can see the three diferent emails in a single message​​​​​you can see the three diferent names in the same emailHow can I send an email to each record found in a table?

Zapier issue creating spreadsheet row

I am having an issue with a zap I am creating that when using the step “Create Spreadsheet Row” in google sheets it is not functioning the way I would like it to. You can see in the screenshot below I have 5 categories that I would like to have running lists of names/dates. When adding a name and date to the “Late Strike” category it will add to row 15 which is the bottom row. When adding a name and date to the “No Show Strike” category it will also add to row 15 since that is the bottom of the first column. I would like it to add to the bottom of each category. Does anyone know how I can achieve this?

Hello everyone, I am trying to format my ‘new mention’ Zap/Slack message in an easily identifiable way. How can I either use the designated mention word as the bot name or highlight the word in the text so my users can immediately determine which of our ‘mention words’ is triggering the slack message? Currently I only see the channel name or the full text as options which is pretty messy. Thanks in advance.

Automating monthly individual emails to multiple contacts in Gmail

I’m trying to figure out how to send an email to a list of contacts but rather than sending to them all at the same time, I want to send to each email individually for privacy concerns so that each recipient is not privy to others emails.I am recommended this line of actions but I don't know how to properly handle the field, please explain how to utilize around this line.

How do I trigger an automation when an invoice is paid in Wave?

I'm trying to set up an automation that creates a new record in Airtable when an invoice is paid in Wave. I understand that Zapier provides a "New Invoice" trigger, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to trigger an automation when the payment is made, especially in cases where the invoice is created but paid at a later date.Here’s my challenge:Sometimes the invoice is created and paid at the same time (like with recurring invoices). Other times, the invoice is created but paid days or weeks later.How can I account for cases where the invoice is created first and then paid at a later date? How can I trigger my automation when the payment occurs, regardless of whether the invoice was paid immediately or after a delay?Any advice on how to set this up (or workarounds if necessary) would be greatly appreciated!

We are trying to estimate how many tasks we would use a month. I want to integrate Salesforce with Quickbooks and the workflow would start when a record is updated in SF.When I create the first step it says that it will check Salesforce in every 15 mins. Does it mean that it will consume one task every 15 mins?If yes, can I set a schedule to check only during business hours?Thanks,

How do I designate a specific Amazon S3 folder for a file upload from Wordpress?

Hi,I have Zapier pulling from WPforms submissions to S3.  I want the file to go to a particular folder but I don’t seem to have control over that.  Each time it creates a new destination structure:  s3://example/https://www.example.io/wp-content/uploads/wpforms/88334-c34fc24529c79971c553873f54448465/close-encounters-cf275347c5a88f0d100dcf43353d5331.jpg I just want to go to one folder one level down from my S3 bucket to see my submissions, not a string of clicks to get to each one.  Any thoughts, please?Thanks,Paul

Hello, I am looking for a way to transcribe an audio file. I would like to do something like “when an audio file is added to a specific folder in googledrive, transcribe the audio file with speech note and send the transcribed text to the notion database”, but when I actually run zap, the transcribed text is not sent. But when I actually run zap, the transcribed text is not sent, and a page with only the title is created in notion. The last execution is working without any error, and the transcription is working on the speechnote side. As shown in the image below, the transcribed text is supposed to be stored in the “message” section, but it is marked as “no data”. What is the cause? no data​​​​ zap

Hi there,I’m looking for help with integrating Timely with Zapier. Can I create an automation that creates tags on clients from timely. Example: I want a Relaxation massage tag and a lash treatment tag on a client. Also if that client books in another treatment like a hydrating facial can it automatically tag that to them as well?I want it to recognise each time a client books something new in and create a tag with me manually having to add in a csv again.

How to upload files from Process Street to Google Drive

I need to upload a file from Process Street to Google Drive. I know this can be done with files attached through comments, but I need more specificity, as I need multiple different files to be uploaded to specific folders during different steps of the workflow. Ideally I’d like to be able to access files uploaded directly to the inline workflow, not just to the comments. Is there any way of doing this?
