How do I disable versioning for my apps when a new version is created?
Hi folks. The versioning feature is great for those who want it, but I never wanted it and it’s causing me a lot of lost time and confusion. AFAIK I have no need for it, and would like to turn it OFF. If not for my entire profile, then at LEAST for each app individually. Is this possible now? Or do I pray for a feature change someday. If anyone empowered in the company is reading this, please consider my current active version of all my Zaps to be the desired active (and only!) version, and please turn off versioning on my account. Order information Not Included On Square
I created an order in Square using a zap, the connection is through Woo-commerce. When the order comes in, it is missing all of the product details that I included in the metadata. The client needs this to work so all meta gets sent over for their sandwich ordering, but right now all it shows up as is “Order Paid” but no other information is being sent over. Sending two pictures to show the difference in orders.
How to Get Email Marketing Status from Kajabi?
Hi all!I'm building a simple workflow from Kajabi into our CRM, Attio, to capture new students in a list:I want to add a filter after step 1, that halts the process if a user has not opted into email marketing in Kajabi.The Kajabi contacts database includes an “Email Marketing” field with this status, but it’s not available in their Zapier triggers.Is there any way to work around this limitation and get that status field? How do I cancel a subscription of a student in Teachable?
My main problem is that I use the bundle feature on teachable and I think there is no way to tell Zapier to uneroll a student from a bundle with the current not updated API of teachable. So I was trying to find a way that after a trigger (a cancel subscription event from woocommerce) I tell Zapier to cancel the free subscription that the student is in (because I let them join for “free” in teachable but they paid with another system outside it). So there is a way via webhook/API call to cancel a subscription?Thanks.
Converting a Google Doc File to Mircosoft Word
Hi, I have a simple question. Is there a way for me to convert a generated google doc into microsoft word? Currently, I have a zap where it will generate a google doc and I have to manually click into the google document and click download - save as - docx (microsoft word) format. Is there a way I can eliminate this manual step and have zapier automatically do a conversion from google doc to microsoft word?
How to update an existing prospect in Pardot from LinkedIn Lead Gen Ads, or create a new Prospect if one doesn't exist?
I’ve been playing around with a zap that will create or update prospects in Pardot for me. The Trigger is: New Lead Gen Form Response in LinkedIn AdsAction: Find Prospect in Pardot (maps back to email from LinkedIn), and create new Pardot prospect if it doesn’t exist yet (mapping all relevant fields back from LinkedIn to Pardot, including Lead Source, etc.) I’m unsure what the first action is doing though - will it update the prospect if it does find it, and create a new one if it doesn’t? Or will it just check if there is one, and if not, create one? Would love to be able to update the prospect for the customer journey + multi touch attribution, if possible. Thanks!
Clarity on the current ChatGPT version options
Hi there,I am creating Zaps using the “Conversation in ChatGPT” action.When setting up I have two options for models, both 3.5 - I want to use v4, and my understanding was that this required me to upgrade my Openai API subscription to paid.I have done this, and have waited sometime for caches to clear - but I only see the two 3.5 options.I have a ChaptGPT Plus account, and I have now created a paid API account - is I was expecting to see v4 as a new option in the Zap integration?Any advice?Many thanks, Steve.

New Payment in Xero, Match reference number to a ticket in HubSpot and Update ticket property
Hello everyone, I hope you can help. I’ve been trying to create a zap for quite some time now but I can’t seem to get the expected results. We’re trying to save time for our team in checking if the payment has been made for a particular invoice. What we would like to achieve is when a new payment is reflected in our Xero account, Zapier will then grab the reference number and look for a HubSpot ticket property that matches this. Next, Zapier will then update another ticket property inside that same ticket with a simple “Yes”. (inside a dropdown list). Is this possible? If yes, I’d really appreciate it if you could show me how or if you know a related article or post about this. Thank you!

Hey, I just started using Zapier, and I have a problem involving attachments posting on another discord Server. When Zapier webhook posts a message from another channel it gets tangled up and joined, so attachment url doesn’t work and it doesn’t show as intended. I need help with figuring that one out, thanks. Attachment webhook message, works when I post only one image to the 1st server, but with two or more images it ends up like that, linked together. My Zapier settings.
Use Google login info from Bubble app to populate Google Slides presentation
I have created an App in Bubble.io and used Zapier to post information to google slides. The Zap works well however the template for the slide is saved in my google drive. As it is for an App I would like the user to log in to the app using google login (which I have set up) and then when they use use the zap it takes the login information and creates a new presentation from template in their google drive. I guess the user would need to copy the template into their Drive first? Does anyone have any ideas?
DEAR/Cin7 Core + Shopify Plus Integration for Incoming Inventory (POs)
Hi Community--Hope you might be able to help: Our team uses DEAR (now Cin7 Core) for stock purchases/inventory & Shopify for sales. We are looking to integrate incoming stock between DEAR and Shopify. For items 'On Order' in DEAR, we would like the PO, quantity, and x factory date to be relayed into Shopify (perhaps in the 'incoming' quantity section?). If there is stock on order and a product sells out, we will check the variant policy to 'continue selling when out of stock' in Shopify and add an 'available to ship' date to the product page (~7 days from the DEAR x-factory date). Once inventory is received, the 'available to ship' date is removed and the variant policy is reverted to stop selling when out of stock. Is this something Zapier can do? Does anyone have any experience using Zapier for Dear/Cin7 & Shopify integration? Please advise.Thank you :)

Hey All, I have Zap which checks every X days if specific column is “No”If it’s “No” it copies the whole row and sends slack message to user (PM) from spreadsheet. My question is, is it possible reverse way to trigger.What I mean is, if user replies to Bot with text, is it possible to notify me or update row in spreadsheet Currently slack integration supports message to groups or specific people. But since Bot is not something I can select, I am kind of stuck I also added screenshot of current ZapAny ideas? How can I Add Trigger Event in Pagerduty
Im setting up a zap where any new tickets generated in zendesk will trigger an alert in pagerduty. I was able to set up zendesk trigger end but when i go to pagerduty action part i’m stuck at Integration Key Field and so onwhen i choose the value it’s not giving me anything but in custom mode bunch of fragments of testing ticket content coming up. same for incident key, source URL, source Name. could someone please explain what those fields are meant for. Do i need to set up anything from pagerduty end? I’ve already created a service in pd and not sure what integration to add there. Any help would be appreciated Thanks
Create Less Annoying CRM Pipeline attached to new contact from YouCanBookMe
Hi. I have a YouCanBookMe (YCBM) form that I would like to turn into a Less Annoying CRM (LACRM) pipeline. I am able to create Zaps that take the information from the form and add it to my LACRM contacts. However, to connect to a pipeline, the pipeline has to be connected to a contact. I don’t want to connect to an existing contact, necessarily, but rather the contacts in the form. Ideally, I would like to do them as 3 separate events, because this is the only thing I am currently using Zapier for, so I would prefer not to start paying for features I can’t use at the moment. Any ideas would be appreciated!
Stop separating by comma
I have a race/ethnicity value from an iteration of Salesforce that I am not an admin for (read--I can’t change the field). The actual field value is “Hispanic-Mexican,MexicanAmerican,Chicano” We are moving this data into a different Salesforce iteration where I am the admin. However, when I move the data over, I keep getting an error for any contact that has the “Hispanic-Mexican,MexicanAmerican,Chicano” value selected because Zapier is separating it by the commas. How do I tell Zapier to NOT separate this value? If I need to do something with formatter, I have zero coding experience and will need some extra guidance there.
