How do I automate email sending by adding a contact property in HubSpot via Zapier?

Hi All,

 

Im new in integration. Is there a way to add a Contact Property on Hubspot, so it can be automated in sending out email? Please see screenshot: 

I need to auto-populate Project Type. 

 

To Project Type from Hubspot:

I’m not sure how Zap Runs with errors from hitting the sending limit will be processed.

You can try turning on Autoreplay in the Zap Runs:

When in doubt, test it out.

Hi @Troy Tessalone Thank you so much! I think Im done with my Zap finally! <3 

One thing I noticed tho. If using Email by Zapier, it usually goes to a Spam Folder. :(

Best to use an email app other than Email by Zapier.

Thanks @SamB Is there a way to know who clicked the unsubscribe link on the Email by Zapier?

Sorry for the delay in my reply @juliebadiong. I don’t think that information would be available in the Zap History but if you reach out to our Support Team they may be able to dig into the logs to determine who unsubscribed. Hope that helps! 🙂
