Hello: I was wondering if it is possible to create a Zap which automatically takes a new form submission in HubSpot (which is signing up for an event) and and then submits a Eventbrite record to the corresponding event using the data pulled from the HS form submission. It seems like most Zap directions go from EB → HS and not the other direction. When I do try to create this on my own, I get to the point where my HS form submission action is taken, linked to the correct form, I’m able to connect my eventbrite account, but when I try to take an eventbrite action, the field that it wants me to connect the data with is tied to “Name” but does not list any of the Events.. what am I missing here? (There is no other option I’m seeing in this direction other than “Find Event in Eventbrite” - yet it is not pulling the eventbrite name and when I try to type it in, that doesn’t work) Please see below screenshot (company name blurred out). How to send outbound email to customer from HubSpot when a deal stage changes using the associated contacts' email?
I've added the right zaps and started setting it up. The trigger for a deal stage change is straight-forward. But then I can't seem to make the Zap use the associated contact's email from the deal. I don't see an option for that. I tried adding Find Contact in Hubspot as a step between deal stage change and the email, but that didn't work either. Anyone know what option to select to use the deal's associated contact's email? Lot of websites talk about using the zaps (which I have), but I can't get the settings right.
I recently created a Zap that adds contacts to a specific list in Sendgrid based on their Status in Salesforce. Now I want to make a Zap that will delete contacts from the same list if their Status changes and they no longer meet the criteria for the list. I know I can use a DELETE request to remove the contact from the list, but I need the Contact ID from Sendgrid to do so. Does anyone know how I can use a multi-step Zap to do the following?Trigger when a SFDC Contact Status changes to “Churned” Take the contact’s email and search Sendgrid; then return the Sendgrid Contact ID Take the Contact ID and send it to Sendgrid through a DELETE request

I am trying to set up integration with servicetitan. It keeps asking for my client id and secret key. I follow the instructions but all it gives is a tenant ID because when I select CONNECT NEW APP zapier it not listed. it now says the zapier developeer has to add my tenant id before i can get my client ID and secret key. Im so confused. Thoughts?
I'm a sales person and I use tools like Lemlist, which uses variables.I address several personas within the same company.I can address the quality department, the IT department, the manager.I'd like Mr X from the quality department to become a variable. Ditto for Mr Y in the IT department. Ditto for Mr. Z, the manager.When I extract a database, I get an Google sheet table with the quality managers, another Google sheet table with the IT managers and another with the managers.With an automation based on the SIRET number, the company name or whatever, can I make sure that on the list of quality managers, the IT managers and the manager are placed in a column that will become a variable?If so, how do I go about it? So I posted a topic on this earlier but it was closed. I am importing records from Docparser PDF scans and need to have all new Docparser scanned data record to Knack and then export to a CSV. For example, if 20 documents are scanned through Docparser, 20 records should be recorded to the Knack table (which works) and then I need 1 CSV file with the 20 records with headers. I can get the GDrive connector to export new records but it separates each record into 1 file each which doesn’t work. I tried looping but what do I loop on? There seems to be no common dominator on the loop? How do I tell the loop to just loop for the newest records that were just processed? I can’t imagine there is not a way to get Zap or Knack to export the newest records processed to a CSV. CSVs are so common. Does anyone know how to do this? I have been trying to get this working for a month now and it’s holding up a project I am trying to complete. I need to build this into the ZAP or Knack workflow. Is it pos

Hello everyone,I tried searching all the way everywhere to be able and get any clue to my idea! I need to integrate a Zap into my software to do the following: click button to upload pdf file → pdf file ( apartment drawing ) opens -→ client will press in room name in this pdf → open the native camera → capture photo → add this room name and date as a text on the captured photo → save to gallery if there anyone can help on that or give any clue would be apperciated. I have setup an automation email campaign in mailchimp, when I select this campaign will this not double send? coz there is a automation campaign setup in mailchimp with an audience that will send when they are sent an email. I am creating a Zap that has two connects Google Sheets and Gmail. The updates in the sheets are purchases from the customers, here one of the columns is the date of the purchase. What I need to do is send an email after 14 days of this date but I can’t configure the filter for this. Does anyone knows how can I do this?
