How do I move data from one form on a page to another form on a different page in Interfaces?

I know how to create a custom url so that the first page they come to (not a user, just a customer) will have any fields I want prefilled. I use this to put the hubspot ID for the person in a hidden field so I can track their responses through hubspot CRM. When they submit that form on that page that I sent them too through the custom link, all is well because I know their hubspot ID. However, if I have them sent to another page to fill out a different form, I want the hubspot ID to follow in another hidden field so I can further track who’s making this response. Is there any way to do this? Or is there some other workaround I’m not seeing? I understand you can display the table, but I don’t want to display the table to the customer, just move their hubspot ID from one page to another to keep track of their response. Is there anyway to do what I need?

Hi CommunityI’m trying to get alerts on slack whenever an amount (MRR) of a subscription in chargebee changes. Meaning new MRR or an upgrade of a subscription, but not every payment.I tried using the “subscription details updates” but seems like it’s more than just changes in the $.How can I configure it just for new MRR as I mentioned on the first paragraph?Thanks!

How do I use web browsing feature of ChatGPT?

Hi there,new to zapier, but so far I really like it. incredibly powerful and easy to use ! The only thing I am missing are connectors to mainstream home automation platforms like openhab … but I disgress. I want to create an alternative to google news for myself. For that I want to query chatgpt once a day with a specific topic e.g. “show me the latest developments in the war in Ukraine in the last 24 hours”. So far the schedule from zapier works and the query to chatgpt and also the passing on of the result to gmail. However to my dismay my chatgpt 3.5 turbo query does not seem to use the web browsing feature.I am a chatgpt plus user and have eabled the browsing feature in chatgpt 3.5 (at least in the web version - no clue if it propagates to general usage ...) So I either get very old news from 2021 or no answer at all. Any idea how I can change the request so that the web browsing feature is enabled ? thanks! update: it seems the checkbox “use web browsing” only applies to chatgpt 4

Append Document but Do Not Strip Out Formatting

I am sending prompts to openai and gathering information and then dropping it into a word document. The first ‘drop’ created the doc and the formatting is clean. The second ‘drop’ after ai i prompted to generate the content uses ‘append text to document’ and all of its formatting is stripped out. Any idea how to keep the formatting? It turns it into one large paragraph of text.

Can I tag transactions from specific clients in Square to the same client in Keap?

Hey Zap community! I need your help. I use Square for all my appointments, charges, services etc…  Whenever we charge someone, we attach that person specifically to the transaction to keep records.  We also have every one of our clients imported to Keap as well.   When someone completes a transaction in square, is it possible to tag that transaction in Keap?

I am trying to send a SMS message using an email with the recipients phone number in the subject. Once received by ZAP (which one?) the SMS, contained in the body of the email will be sent by ClickSend. Open to other services, but also need to monitor replies. Thanks! Bill

How to update an existing prospect in Pardot from LinkedIn Lead Gen Ads, or create a new Prospect if one doesn't exist?

I’ve been playing around with a zap that will create or update prospects in Pardot for me.  The Trigger is: New Lead Gen Form Response in LinkedIn AdsAction: Find Prospect in Pardot (maps back to email from LinkedIn), and create new Pardot prospect if it doesn’t exist yet (mapping all relevant fields back from LinkedIn to Pardot, including Lead Source, etc.) I’m unsure what the first action is doing though - will it update the prospect if it does find it, and create a new one if it doesn’t? Or will it just check if there is one, and if not, create one? Would love to be able to update the prospect for the customer journey + multi touch attribution, if possible. Thanks!

New Payment in Xero, Match reference number to a ticket in HubSpot and Update ticket property

Hello everyone, I hope you can help. I’ve been trying to create a zap for quite some time now but I can’t seem to get the expected results. We’re trying to save time for our team in checking if the payment has been made for a particular invoice. What we would like to achieve is when a new payment is reflected in our Xero account, Zapier will then grab the reference number and look for a HubSpot ticket property that matches this. Next, Zapier will then update another ticket property inside that same ticket with a simple “Yes”. (inside a dropdown list). Is this possible? If yes, I’d really appreciate it if you could show me how or if you know a related article or post about this.  Thank you!

zapping repeating events in eventbrite

Our org hosts tons of ongoing events which are repeating weekly infinitely. Setting up zaps for  each of these  to mailer lite is so time consuming scrolling through all the instances and pressing “load more” over and over again until I find the right workshop. Is there any way to simplify this for repeating events?Another issue is I only have 20 zaps per month.So even if I could add all instances of the repeating event (and had time to do this) we cant afford a more expensive account for more zapsIdeas?#eventbrite #mailerlite

Need Help with Unzipping Files in Google Drive via Zapier

Hello Zapier Community,I am reaching out to seek help for a particular use case that involves moving form submissions from Tally to Google Drive using Zapier.I have successfully created a Zap that migrates the data from our Tally forms (A survey app) to Google Drive. The forms contain multiple file upload fields (9, to be precise) where users can upload images for different rooms in their house - living room, kitchen, etc.. The Zap I've created moves these uploaded images to Google Drive successfully, creating separate zipped folders for each room (multiple-file upload field).The challenge, however, arises from the need to unzip these folders in Google Drive. Although I have written a Google Apps Script to perform this task effectively, it has a size limitation of 50MB per zip folder, which does not meet our needs.So, I'm back to Zapier, hoping to find a native solution to this problem. Hi guys, I’m trying to connect Shopify to Fattura24 to automatic create a client invoice in Fattura24 (Action) at every order made in Shopify (trigger). I’m not able to find the Customer VAT number in the scroll-down menu of the Action, and in this way the invoice will not have the VAT number that is crucial.

Using Zendesk Placeholders in Zendesk Comment in Zap

Hello,I’m trying to use zendesk placeholders in a Zap that triggers an action on Zendesk. A Zendesk placeholder looks like “{{ticket.ticket_field_option_123456}}”. I want to use this placeholder in an “Update Ticket” action that makes a comment on the ticket. The issue I’m noticing is that everytime I use this placeholder, Zapier is converting it to some zapier-specific entity in the message (see image below). How can I stop this from happening? I just want to forward the placeholders to zendesk so zendesk can dereference them (assuming that Zapier is just using the Zendesk API, Zendesk should be able to handle all the dereferencing).

Is there a way to configure the data structure of incoming Pendo feedback data?

Hi,I am just starting to use Zapier and am trying to help our Product team by taking the Product Feedback data we get in Pendo Feedback and pipe it into a Google Sheet. I have setup 2 Zapsa Zap to insert a new row in the Sheet when a new piece of Pendo Feedback is added in the Pendo system and  another Zap to update a row of Feedback in the sheet based on the “ID” when it’s status is changed in the Pendo system.Seeing a few different issues and wanted to see if there was any guidance someone can offer:Incoming Feedback data from Pendo The Feedback data I am getting from Pendo does not have the ‘Assignee’ field in it. This is critical to us as it tells us who in the Product team is already assigned to work on/triage this feedback request. Is there a way to configure the incoming data structure to have this information?  The Feedback data I am getting from Pendo has the ‘Product Area’ information in a ‘Groups’ field under “name”. Is it possible to set this up to be a standalone column i
