We need to have all the metafields of our forms in Shopify to be able to be integrated from Zapier to GoHighLevel so that we can send emails and sms internal notifications including all the metafields created. How do we map everything from shopify to GohighLevel connection in Zapier?

Hi, yes we have already created a zap between the two platforms but only the basic info is integrated such as name, number, email adn etc. We can’t locate the metafields we have for the forms that we have added such as “What products are you interested in?, and etc. That’s why what I’m asking how can we get all the form data into Zapier and then into GHL.

Hi, the form is for requesting a quote so it’s different from an order. Here’s screenshots of the zap.

In Shopify do you see the Customer with those fields from the Form?


Hi @Troy Tessalone , yes when I open the new contact created by the form it’s under the metafields.

You can try adding a Zap step to find the Shopify Customer that triggered Zap.

Action: Shopify - Find Customer

You may need to add a Delay step before. (e.g. 1 minute)
