  • How do I automate adding email addresses from Qualtrics updates to Monday.com boards?

I have a workflow in qualtrics to upload items to my monday board. I want to make an automation that will look for the email address in the update that is automatically created and put that email address in the proper column. Is there anything like this?

Monday Zap app available triggers/actions: https://zapier.com/apps/monday/integrations#triggers-and-actions

If by “update” you mean Item comment, then you’d probably have to use the Monday API to search updates/comments for an Item.

No, I can’t seem to make what he suggested work

Are you using the Qualtrics app? If so, this is the only Qualtrics trigger that’s available in Zapier:

Could you please elaborate a little bit more about the trigger you’re looking to use for the Qualtrics app?
