Hi there!
I’m creating a survey in Typeform but I’d also like to collect First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Email Consent.
Typeform doesn’t have a checkbox functionality so if I use a “multiple choice” question type with just one checkbox called “Yes”, do you know how I can use Zapier to map this to Salesforce or Pardot (Account Engagement)?

That depends on the type of field on the Salesforce Object that you are trying to use.
Post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode so we can see the field type and field description for the Salesforce field you are trying to set.
