  • How do I automate SMS notifications for customers when I send a Wix form message?

Hello, I am looking to create an automation with Wix form messages. I would like an sms to be sent to the customer each time I send a Wix message to the customer from their message received in forms. The message would advise them we have sent a new message and to check their junk folder if not received. Is this possible?

Which SMS app are you trying to use? (e.g. OpenPhone, Twilio)

  1. Trigger: Wix - ???
    1. Wix Custom Triggers
    2. Chat & Inbox
  2. Action: Twilio - Send SMS
