Turning Squarespace orders into Asana Tasks
Hello Zapier Community! I would like to make an automation/rule that whenever a customer orders from our squarespace website, Zapier will create a task on Asana. However, I can only see one option on Zapier and it is for forms (see screenshot below): Thank you.
Asana Date in custom field
I have an Asana project that has 2 custom Date fields.I want to put the HUBSPOT DEAL START DATE in one and the HUBSPOT DEAL END DATE in the other.but I can’t get it to work?Does anyone know how to get Asana to read this / accept these dates(currently formatting it into DD/MM/YY) Asana isn’t accepting the input, which also causes it to not update the other custom fields(i.e. the other custom fields work if i leave the dates blank)
How do I attach a PDF to my email from CloudConvert using a multi-step Zap?
I’m very new to multi-step Zaps, so I’m sorry if I’m missing something obvious.The flow I’m going for is:Submit a form Data is used to fill out a Google Doc Template CloudConvert turns it into a PDF Creates a Draft Gmail with data from the form in the TO and BODY fields plus the PDF attached.(I used the advice of a super helpful person in a previous request to bypass using a third party to generate the PDF, but according to support, it was limiting my options in Step 4.)Step 1 and 2 are great.Step 3 asks for the File to be converted, but ‘File (exists but not shown)’ is not an option. I’m not sure what to select. I tried a few different opens (ID, self link, etc.). I think this step is the problem.Step 4 works but the PDF that ultimately attaches is just a blank page or a blank page containing the ID number.
How do I set up the Assignee for Basecamp?

Can I ignore weekends when calculating a date?
I am making a workflow that tracks milestones before a project due date. The project due date could be any weekday, M-F. For example the input would be the project due date (ex Tuesday) and the task has to happen 3 business days before (ex Thursday). When I do a calculation of -3 days, it gives me Saturday. Here are the results I want. Anyone have ideas how to make this happen? Project Due Date (input) - MondayTask Due (output) - Wednesday prior Project Due Date (input) - TuesdayTask Due (output) - Thursday prior Project Due Date (input) - WednesdayTask Due (output) - Friday prior Project Due Date (input) - ThursdayTask Due (output) - Monday prior Project Due Date (input) - FridayTask Due (output) - Tuesday prior
Increment certain field in Airtable when a payment is made in Stripe.
Hi all, I was able to successfully integrate stripe and air table but I can't figure out how to update one of my airtable fields incrementally.Here is my use case: I'm basically charging people for credits and I need to reflect those credits in the users table so I can keep track of them.If user purchases a 10 pack, I'm trying to figure out how to add the number 10 into the credits table. Another case is IF the credits table already has 3 credits in it THEN the new purchased on 10 needs to get added so the total in that field is now 13.Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
How To Create A Helpdesk Ticket in Monday.com
I set up a trigger in our Monday.com account that adds a new Task when an email is received. Totally simple and created it right in our Monday.com account. Works fine, but is a bit disorganized. I’d like to have the email sender, the subject line and contents of the email drop into specific columns. Ultimately, we would like to have Monday.com replace our Helpdesk.com so we have all of our work inside a single platform.
How do I know if my RSS by Zapier Zap is running properly?
Hello Zapier Community, I need some help understanding what to do after I created my RSS by Zapier Zap. I’ve run it from top to bottom on an example RSS-feed blog post it offered me, however, now that the Zap is constructed, I don’t know how to understand if it will pull a new RSS-feed blog post or not or how long to wait to find out. Does anyone have any experience with running Zaps around RSS-feed blog posts?
When deal stage changes will the contact be removed from Zap?
We are using Zapier to integrate Hubspot and MailChimp to send cold leads in Hubspot to a Mailchimp email list. Our question is if the contact starts engaging and is no longer a cold lead, will they automatically be removed from the Zap or does that need to be done manually in Hubspot/MailChimp?
Forms.app - Capturing comments added to a question
Hi there.I’m using a Zap to create a new record in Airtable when a Forms.app form is submitted. What I’m having trouble with is capturing the content of Comments fields that are added to individual questions (image below for clarification). They don’t seem to show up in the data coming into Zapier from Forms.app, presumably because they are extensions of the original question.Is it possible to capture this data, or do I need to make these separate questions?Thanks for whatever wisdom you can share!Michelle
Google Calendar Event with Google Drive Attachment to FB Page showing image and not just url to image.
Have a google calendar with events. Want to share on Facebook Page calendar entry 5 minutes before start. Added field TITLE and DESCRIPTION and Link to file. The JPG that is in Google Drive is set to PUBLIC so the url is viewable by anyone in Google. I want to have the JPG and not the URL to show in the FB Post. I am only getting the URL by using the Attachment: URL field. Something changed as it used to work in 2022. Any help appreciated.
SquareSpace Form Submission - Date and Time
Hello. We have a client that switched to SquareSpace. In the transition, they removed Formstack Forms from their website and have decided to use the default SquareSpace forms. On the old website, we had a connection set up with Zapier that pulled the information into a Google sheet. Though it was hidden on the form, we were able to pull down submission date data (including time of submission) and was able to use that for our analytics and tracking. Using the SquareSpace form, we are unable to pull in any submission data it seems. Is there a way to pull down time/date of submission, without making the person do that on the form?

Create Zap based off of Delivery Method in Shopify
Hi, In our shopify store we have different delivery methods, most of which are store pick up but we do have ohers that are delivery by ourselves and courier shipping etc. I am currently trying to filter by this delivery method and import all orders hat are for delivery ONLY over to Track-POD. I am trying to understand how Transfers work.1) I connected a Google Sheet to Gmail2) Put some emails in there with names 3) I went through the set up and set the Transfer to occur EVERY HOUR4) As the first hour came around (@ 6pm) I got my 4 emails; this was good5) At the second hour (7Pm), I did not get any emails and my thinking was that I did not change the data in Google Sheets so it did not trigger6) So I changed some of the data in Google Sheets and waited until 9pm and I did not get any emailsSo how does this work? 1) How does the Transfer trigger to run every hour?Thanks GML

Here’s what I’m trying to accomplish:Create ONE URL link (a forwarder) that forwards to one of several other URLs based on time.For example:If it’s between the 1st and 10th of the month, the link forwards to DEST1.If it’s between the 11th and the 20th of the month, the link forwards to DEST2.If it’s between the 21st and the 31st of the month, the link forwards to DEST3.BUT: The original link (the forwarder,) must be static and never change.Any ideas?

Hi Team, one of your competitors, Pipedream, is able to automate the submitting of comments on reddit. I am wondering why this feature is unavailable in your offering. The natural addition to this feature request is to not comment on my Reddit accounts own comments or else the automation will just talk to itself infinitely. Can you please advise of the best way to accomplish this or request it? I believe my company has the highest paid account for Zapier so any support is greatly appreciated.
Same Delay Queue for Copied Zap?
Hello!I have a zap that featured a delay after queue step. I copied it, expecting the queues to now be unique, but they appear to use the same queue. If I want them to now use separate queues, is the best step to simply rename one of the queues or should I delete the delay step and just create a new one?Thanks!
Trouble with squarespace and google sheets
I am trying to do a simple zap . From our website (which we use squarespace) to google sheets, anyone who signs up for our newsletter (after they double opt in) to pop up on a google spreadsheet. When I test this it works but when I use an email to sign up it does not show up on the spreadsheet. Is there someone out there that can help? Thanks, Susan
How do I get the Proposify stream ID into my workflow?
Hi there, I’m setting up a Zap with a Proposify “Proposal Won” trigger. Unfortunately, the mappable data I get is not sufficient for my workflow. However, I see that the “Data out” from the Run history has the information I need. Namely, the stream id of a proposal. Is there a way to get this information into the zap actions themselves?
