Trying to connect Getswift to a Squarespace form. The issue is with the Pickup Full Address and Dropoff Full Address fields. If I leave them blank, it doesn’t work, if I set them to the Squarespace Full Address field, it doesn’t work. I tried just adding the city and it went through, but that doesn’t give the necessary detail for the Getswift purpose. Received the following errror: Got 400 calling POST https://app.getswift.co/api/v2/deliveries, expected 2xx. Screenshots of the setup and error below.
Zoom Mailchimp integration Invalid time value
Hi there, I’m trying to make a Zap that saves in a mailchimp list (audience), Zoom webinar’s subscribers. In the Zoom trigger “New Registrant in Zoom”, when I clik “find data” I get a “Invalid time value” error. Could it be beacause I’m using Zoom with a CET timezone setting? Clust to DocuSign
After years of ‘thinking’ about using zaps, finally trying to give it go. I have connected CLUST to Zapier with the API The two connect, and I can pull in test data. But the test data is not the fields on the form the client has completed, but rather information about the form. eg. the form owner, the due date on it, etc. I want to see the fields the client filled in on the Clust form. I see them referenced but only in a big long string. Then I wanted to use the form fields to complete a DocuSign template I have… saying ok, form Clust take the phone number an put it on DocuSign Template 123 the phone number field. However, I can’t seem to see the fields of a DocuSign template being available. In the end all I am really trying to do is have client fill in a Clust Form, and when its submitted, have it sent to docusign for it to go out for signing. What am I not understanding here? Thanks.
Getting an error and no leads
My zaps have not been working since I stopped the free trial and started paying monthly. I try to turn them on and it ssys “(#100) page public metadata access requires either app secret proof or an app token. I have not received any leads that I show I should have. Please help! Panicking
WordPress 403 Forbidden Error
I’ve tried 3 different websites on 2 servers but I cannot get Zapier to let me to customize the zap. For one website, I turned off ALL plugins and whitelisted the IPs on the server. I still canot get it to work. (The frustrating part is that I have a presentation on Saturday and I wanted to demo it.)
How to create a Facebook Offline Event using a csv file
hello- I’m trying to create a facebook offline event using a data-file (*.csv). I’ve managed to get as far as the “customize event” questionnaire, however i’m not clear on how best to fill this out; Is there a data-dictionary of sorts that helps explain each of these options? Noob: Send automated emails to unique addresses triggered by events on Google Calendar?
I am new to Zapier, so please forgive my clumsiness. I work for a university research lab and our participants make appointments online through youcanbook.me which syncs with Google Calendar. Because we use only a basic account, youcanbook.me does not allow us to generate automated reminder emails. Google Calendar also does not have this function. So my question is, can a zap be created to send an automated reminder to a unique email address stored in a Google Calendar event (originally carried over from youcanbook.me) at, say, 4 hours prior to the participant’s appointment? Thank you.
Slack Automation for company accounts
I am using Slack and Typeform. I would like to zap the Typeform link when someone mentions a certain word(s) or uses a specific emojiin Slack, however Typeform can only be used as a trigger. Is there a way to use Slack as the Trigger for a company account(not my personal account) and trigger a url to the user/channel that created the mention or emoji?
Email templates with conditional content from Airtable.
Hi, I have created a zap using Gmail and Airtable. The email gets sent to my print vendor and is triggered from a view in Airtable that is named “Send To Print”. Most orders have 1 item that is going to print, but some have items that we call “Add Ons”. They basically accompany the primary print piece. My question is: Can I customize the email template, so that it will list “Add On” items, only if there are any? If not, the entire section (outlined in red below) would be left out of the email. Or, only the item that had a quantity filled in, would be sent in the email. I’ve attached screenshots of the email, the zap as it currently is, and a record in Airtable. I hope this makes sense. Zapier not sending API requests to Get Response
I'm using Unbounce (landing page builder), which is connected to Get Response via Zapier. Everything appears to be connected and operating properly (Test via Zapier says successful). All fields are recognized from unbounce and the Get Response API is pulling the correct account and list from Get Response during the setup. However, anytime I test, I don't see the new lead appear in the list. I reached out to Get Response and sent a test through with them. They said they’re not seeing any API requests from my API key. This is frustrating because it was working last week with my tests.
Updated Field on Salesforce Record issue
Twice since I switched to the new Salesforce integration, one of my Zaps, whose trigger event is ‘Updated Field on Record’, has done a mass processing of Projects that were marked as Completed a long time ago. I awoke to an email from Zapier saying > We're reaching out to let you know that we're holding 101 Tasks for your Zap: "SF-Complete status triggers celebration to Slack finish line 1.0.1". Of course, nobody went in last night and marked 101 Projects as Completed. So, what’s causing this? Given that this is the 2nd time this has happened, I’m concerned that the new Salesforce integration which triggers on an updated record field isn't working properly. Or, could it be, dare I say it, operator error? Nah, couldn’t be that. :) Curious if this is working fine for everyone else? It’s a shame since being able to trigger on an updated field on record is something I had wanted to do for a long time. Now, I’m considering approaching my zaps w/o this ability due to the grief it is caus
Transferring ownership of zap to another user results in catch webhook url being updated - why?
Hi folks, I created a zap where the trigger step is a catch hook (i.e. a webhook that catches data from a post request). The trigger step is the default zapier webhook app. In this app, I am given a generated Custom Webhook URL. I tested the app and all works as expected. I then transferred ownership of the app to another team member. Interestingly the generated Custom Webhook URL changed as a result of transferring ownership, with no warning. As a result, the zap was no longer ‘catching’ posts meant for the zap, as they were posting to the old URL. To fix the issue, I had to update any post requests to the new URL. Has anyone had a similar experience? I found this change confusing. There were no warnings to this effect when transferring ownership nor were there any error messages when the transfer took place, which meant the zap was not triggering and the process that depended on it was silently failing.
