I’m trying to pull data from a Google Sheets row based on fields pulled from a Google Forms submission. My form asks questions that match up with the Google Worksheet names (exactly), but it looks like Zapier assigns a numeric value to worksheet name? It would be simple enough to enter the numbers in a “format” spreadsheet so that my alphanumeric names pump out the correct numerical designator but it doesn’t look like I can enter that either.How can I dynamically trigger the selection of the correct sheet name?As you can see, my form produces the name of the Sheet, under “Builder/Make” but the alphanumeric value doesn’t work in the Zap. I can’t enter the numeric value assigned in the first image either. Would it work if I generated a formatting spreadsheet to format the name to the number so that it would go in dynamically? Help!!

I want to set the Reporter name to someone else when creating a new issue in Jira Cloud. Sadly, that’s not supported today so it makes it seem like I, the Zap creator, am opening all of the Jira tickets, which breaks our workflows. :(Does anyone have any hacks to get around this? I use Airtable and Zapier to create new products in WooCommerce. Images were converted to line items based on their URL, but recently the images have been uploaded twice in the WordPress Media Library. Now I should use the IDs of the images instead of the URL so that each new product is assigned the correct images. I don't know how to assign the ID of the images in Zapier to the ID Line Item field so that the correct images are always automatically assigned to the product.
I have a zap that creates an email reminder to the client one hour before our sessions, triggered by Acuity Scheduling. My problem is that the I want to include the original time in the client’s original time zone in the email and I can only get it to show the time in my time zone (in the email).

Im currently building our company structure in notion where we need to utilize automation of receiving applications though gmail. I have prior been using this feature through ‘podio’ where zapier easily created item and attached files to this item directly from the email. Im only able to attach download link, file name or other raw links but need the specific file to attach to the item in notion. Anyone solved this issue or is there a workaround pushing email directly into notion?
Is there a way to remove links, or anything after a trigger phrase like “https”, from a text string using Text Formatter?For example, I am trying to create a Twitter > Discord automation. I’m an “amateur” Zap user so I hope this doesn’t sound like a simple/stupid question :-) I have a Google Sheet with many columns of data, including some that have dates.I’m trying to create a Zap that sends Emails when I change the Date in one particular column. That’s the easy part. What I can’t figure out is how to make it so that if/when I re-sort/re-order the lines on the spreadsheet, the system doesn’t think I’ve changed the Date in EVERY row.EXAMPLE: Sheet is sorted in Alphabetical order, so the Line I change is Row 10. I understand how to make this action occur.But if/when I re-sort the Sheet by the order of a different column, ALL the rows are reordered and the system then thinks I’ve changed the Date in ALL of the rows and the action is triggered for every row. I just need the action linked/tied to that one row regardless of re-sorting and so the system won’t respond every time I re-sort the Sheet. Does that make sense?Any help you can provide is appreciated.
So I want to integrate getresponse and mailchimp via zapier. What I wanted to happen is this: User will signup in my getresponse landing page → user info will be stored at getresponse lists → user info will be stored at mailchimp audience/list → will email the user (every new user that signs up) with a text email. the content of the email is just the same for every new user. → END

Hi,I am trying to create a zap for QuickBooks Commerce.I am trying to map the order items from QB Commerce to my database. I see a field called order line item IDs. Is there a way I can get the line items, using this ID? If not, if I get a URL can the ZAP pull the details from the URL?
I’m trying to automatically create and order from a draft order in Shopify. My idea was to use a webhook from shopify to Zapier and create a new order from there.I’ve been succesfull at creating an order from the data I’m receiving from the webhook. The only challenge I still have is that I can’t apply a discount on each line items with Zapier.I can only copy the retail price from the json received.There is no option for a discount. Of course I could apply a discount to the whole order but my goal is to have the customer see the retail price and the discounted price per item as I would get normally from a draft order converted to an order in Shopify.Is the an option missing in Zapier ? is there any way to acheive this ?I tried applying tansfermations in the line item field with no success.
Every time I connect to my NeonCRM account, the zap works for a few hours but then it stops working with the trigger test saying “An Account could not be found”… then I need to reconnect again. This has been an ongoing issue for over a month now.The API key has not changed and to reconnect the account, I just re-enter the same credentials. Is there a problem with Zapier connecting to NeonCRM?The Zap remains on and simply doesn’t run. I only detected the connection problem during the test. The zap used to work and no changes were made to it since then. I have no way of knowing when the zap stops working except by running a test which I’ve been doing daily and it seems the connection never holds for more than a few hours.Any suggestions on what can be done to fix this?
Hi everyone, I am trying to import our MEWS guest data into Airtable so that I can build a follow up email / sms procedure.Right now, I get every new booking from Mews into Airtable via Zapier. However, if a customer books for multiple guests and doesn’t add the extra names immediately but later (for instance thanks to one of the emails I want to send through Zapier), I can’t get those records to be updated. I see the Update customer trigger but that one seems not to have a booking / reservation reference in it. Anyone has any clue how to resolve this?thanks in advance!
Greeting,I'm creating myfirst Zap, If a new deal in Teamleader is created a new Microsoft Teams channel is created as well. so far so good,I can use the deal reference as channel name but i need the Customer name as well, the only field available is Customer ID, how can i get the customer name ?Thanks
I have a database of users in Bubble with a field called “Cash” and I’m trying to set up a Zap to run every hour that triggers a Bubble API Workflow that adds a 1000 to each user’s “Cash”. The Bubble API Workflow works when I use it with the Bulk option in the Data tab, so I know the API Workflow I’ve written works. With the Zap, I get stuck on the last step - see the first picture below. “Userkey” is the parameter key (see second picture below). Zapier seems to want me to put something in the last text box labeled “Userkey” but it doesn’t find anything and I’ve tried putting stuff like “User” in it that doesn’t work. I’ve also tried marking the parameter as optional - Zapier then makes it non-required but then while the Zap is considered successful on a test, it doesn’t actually change any data.Any suggestions? Hello! I’ve got a zap setup where one of the steps adds some information into an excel doc stored on a colleague’s OneDrive. The issue I’m finding is that every time the zap triggers, it re-sizes all of the columns to default and I have to manually re-size. My colleague isn’t seeing this happen on her side of things, which is extra strange. Any ideas are welcome!
