inSided trigger event for Keywords or Tag
I’m looking for a way to send an alert in Slack when there is a post or reply in the community that has a keyword and/or a specific tag added to it. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like either of those are trigger events in Zapier. Doe anyone have any workarounds, or is there a way to add these as triggers?
Copying unique data from one Google spreadsheet to another
Hi there, Just started learning zapier and spend 4 hours solving the problem I explained in the title.Briefly,I have a spreadsheet collecting data from emails(name,email,when was email sent and the message itself). I wanted to create a small database creating another spreadsheet and copying UNIQUE e-mails from the first spreadsheet. I did not find the answer,so I tried different options. My logic was Create Spreadsheet Row → LookUp Spreadsheet(the one with existing data,for the data I need) ->Create A new Spreadsheet Row. The correct one is to use lookup spreadsheet row function for the blank spreadsheet. But what is the logic behind it? How should I know that I have to put the blank spreadsheet in the spreadsheet field? And how should I know if it is going to copy UNIQUE data? Are there any guides on this? It is some twisted logic as if I am asking someone to look for some stuff from two boxes,one of them is full and the other one is empty. They come up to the boxes and start sear

Hi guys,I can connect FB Messenger API and pull data of customer chats into spreadsheet just fine.But what I’m trying to do is to also retrieve the reply chat (and it’s timestamp) to the spreadsheet.So, i know how long it takes, for each of my FB agent to reply to the message. How do I create an invoice in Magento 2.X when a new row is added in Google Sheets?
When looking at this integration https://zapier.com/apps/google-sheets/integrations/magento-v2/16895/create-magento-2x-order-invoices-from-a-google-sheets-spreadsheet, what exactly is going to be created in Magento? Do I need to already have an order and this is just creating the invoice? Is there a sample spreadsheet that could help me get the integration working? I am just trying to understand whats possible here.

Hi We’re looking to provide a template to integratie Zoho Forms into our own application. Yet we’re stuggling to find the best solution to resolve the following issues:When a form entry is created, we’d like to get all the questions and responses to the form without them having to be mapped manually. We’d like to derive a PDF from said form entry, if the first issue could be resolved, we’d be able to build this ourselves.Is there any way to resolve these issues? Kind regards
Send a Google Chat / Gmail notification to JIRA non-user based on dynamic custom field (email).
Hi! Our current problem is that we have public users (without JIRA account) adding JIRA issues. They can put their email in a dynamic custom field in JIRA. However since they are not a user we can not automatically tag them when we get to the resolution of the ticket to let them know about an update. My question therefore is if Zapier can send a notification through Gmail or Google Chat to the person based on the email he inserted in the custom field. Thanks!
Creating a Bill in Quickbooks from Airtable

Hopefully this advice will put you on the right path… I’d recommend using Airtable instead of GSheets, because you can link records across Tables to create data relationships. Create 2 data sets: Bills Line Items Hey @Troy Tessalone I found this when trying to search how to send bills from Airtable to QBO. I created 2 data sets, Bills and Line Items, linked the line items to my Bill, added a lookup field in the Bills data set for product/service, qty, rate, amount, and customer because that’s the info for each line item on 1 bill I want to send to QBO. Then I just did the “New Record” trigger with Airtable and the “Create Bill (Item Based)” (with line item support) event for QBO. For the line items section, it seems to nicely pull all the line item fields from my lookup fields, but I’m still getting the 400 error message even though I copied the fields from QBO exactly. Any thoughts?

Problems creating unique actions in Basecamp
I am trying create a series of triggers and actions thatAs a project is created in dubsado It also creates a project in basecamp 3 The it searches for the project (that it just made) in basecamp 3 Then it searches for a team member in basecamp 3 Then it adds a team member to the project (that was just created) in basecamp3The problem that I am having is that - I need the team member to be added to the project that was just created- which is dynamicBut it only seems to want to add to. static project that was already created in the past. How do I get the action to add to the project that was just created?In side the “add the person to the project step - I got to “project” and then I go to “custom” - which one of the drop downs should I select in order for it to add to the dynamic project that was just created?
Hello, i’m not even sure if i am in the right place for this question - but here it goes. I need a system (similar to a banking system) where clients call in and input information through a phone keypad, i need to acknowledge that information, verify it, and ask for a security code; if both answer match what i already have in my database, i will give a specific message to the customer, if not, i will give a different set of voice instructions. Does anyone know how i can get this done? Am i in the right place? Been looking online, Asterisk, … and i can’t find anywhere to start. thank you.Tony

Within our Jotforms, we have a form that sometimes requires edits after-the-fact/after it’s been completed. It appears that Paperform doesn't allow for edits once a form is completed/submitted. Adapt multiple Zaps or create dynamic zap for clients instead
I read in some of the previous discussions that zapier currently does not have a possibility to update mutliple zaps at once. In the discussion a way of creating dynamic content was mentioned. We have a zap template for leads to be then assigned with the respective client. Since the implementation, we improved a lot of tools and automations, but had to do it manually every time. Now I am wondering, can you tell me about the opportunities of the dynamic content? For us it would be super helpful if we were able to unify all clients and boards for clients in one zap since we retrieve the data from one SQL server on the other hand. Can you elaborate on these possibilities?
Updating Quickbooks Invoice when Change Made in Guesty
I am trying to create a zap that updates an invoice from Guesty to Quickbooks online any time a change is made in Guesty. I have the Zap created and when I manually enter the invoice number, it goes through successfully. I am unable to figure out how to find the invoice number in quickbooks via search because we do not create them as jobs. I create a search for the invoice number but am unable to find a field to input as Quickbooks creates their own invoice numbers.

I’m trying to create a zap that will once each week, email details of deals happening in the next 7 days, based on the “Event Date” which is a custom field. Here is what I have so far: The trigger is a date/time trigger. Set to run on Monday at 10am. I’m then trying to get the results of a filter that has been created within pipedrive which shows all of the deals for the week. It does not seem that I can do this. I can not use the deal matching filter trigger because I need the zap to only run on Monday and the way that trigger works, each deal would be trigger when it was 7 days out. Any thoughts or direction to send me in? Thanks in advance. (As I’m writing this, I just thought that maybe I COULD use the deal matching filter trigger and then just use a delay to send all of the emails at the same time on Monday)

Hello all, wondering if anyone has ever set up a Zap that would bring user information from Okta into Jira. For example we have manager name\email in Okta and would love to have this information in the Jira User Profile details so we can automate manager approvals and other workflows and automations. How do I search for a Copper lead using a phone number?
We are trying to get add the content of a RING CENTRAL SMS to a lead/person in Copper added as a note. I can read the message content, but am unable to get it to write the note. I believe it was because it wants the ID of the person, which I don’t have from ring. So.. I created a lookup in copper, but work phone is not an option. Has anybody been able to do this? My only options for the lookup?
