I have a client who has a course in Thinkific, and we’d like to send the students copies of her three books. Is there a way to set up a zap that triggers an order on Amazon? Since her books are already on there, we are hoping to just have it ordered and fulfilled by amazon rather than setting up a third party like Shopify. Would love any insight the community has!
Hi and thanks in advance!There are missing fields in my Kartra Action when creating a new lead when I get a new subscriber in Mailchimp. I’m connecting Mailchimp and Kartra, and the trigger is when a new sub is created in MChimp. It should be simple, and I can see the fields I want when I set up the zap.However, when I set up the Kartra info (under ‘Action’), the fields that I need from MChimp don’t all appear there and I don’t know how to add these fields (including Source, so I know where the lead has come from, and any tags that are assigned).Any ideas of how I can add the fields I want, which exist in Mailchimp but aren’t offered as options in my zap when setting up the new lead details in Kartra Thanks so much! Hi I have just created a Typeform integration for my Klick-Tipp :). It is a quiz for digestive Problems. At the End I want to collect the email to send a email with my E-Mail-Marketing-Software (Klick-Tipp).The Problem is: I cant find the First Name, Last Name and E-Mail-Trigger in Zapier. Does Somebody know a Solution? I am happy for every Answer :).
Hello,Apologies if this has been asked before, but I could not see a topic addressing it.We have a Zap that creates an invoice in QuickBooks Online when a new order is placed on a WooCommerce store.We also use a Filter only allows the Zap to run if the order status is “Complete”.As QuickBooks Online needs to know the Product ID to generate the invoice, we use a Utilities Formatter to check which product has been bought and then convert that into the relevant Product ID.This has been working fine, but our client is now adding a whole new range of products to their store and QuickBooks Online account. To ensure that the invoices continue to be generated correctly, I now need a way to find out what the Product IDs of their products and services in QuickBooks Online are.Does anyone know an easy way to find that in Zapier?I did a search on the QuickBooks support pages, but could not find that information anywhere, other than advising people to use the API, which I do not know how to do.Than
I am ready to weep. Just putting that out there.So! When I get an order in woocommerce, I would like the persons Name & email to be used to create a new contact in clickfunnel.Sadly, i can only add a new contact with the email. I spoke to the AI about this and they had a solution that involved Map the relevant data from the WooCommerce order to the corresponding fields in ClickFunnels. This will include mapping the email address as well as any other data you want to include, such as customer name, shipping address, or order details. But there is no option on offer to do mapping of any kind.Should i weep or is there a solution?
BackgroundI have created typeform to capture lead information from a website, eg name, email etc. To help reduce friction from them having to select from a list of 82 answers I have used logic to create questions based on answers, eg. Wha type of service are you interested in A B C or D. When they choose option B, the get another question eg what insurance service you interest in, then gives a list of answers. I want to take the answer and add to a custom field called SERVICE in Pipedrive when creating a new pipedrive deal from trigger new item in typeform in zapier. ProblemI have 4 questions, 3 have empty answers (no value exists), 1 has the answer (value exists) for the service. How do I get zapier to provide the answer to only when a value exists and be able to map the 1 answer (value exists) to service field in PipedriveSolutionWhats the best way to do this from typeform to zapier?

Hi, I need help with connecting Kajabi and ThriveCart. When a form is submitted on Kajabi I would like for a student to be enrolled onto a specific course on ThriveCart. I’ve read the instructions at https://apidocs.thrivecart.com/ and I’m still not sure where to input the various pieces of information. I’ve included a screenshot below of what I need to fill out. Within our Affinity.co Affinity account we have an organization list. Within it there is a field called “Status” which can only be a list specific field. We are an investment firm utilizing this as a deal pipeline where the status is the stage of review a company is in. We would like to create a global field called “Global Status” that uses Zapier to copy the list specific “Status” and put the same value in the global field.Does anyone know how to do this?

How do I automatically insert different price agreements into Esignatures.io based on Google Sheets data?
Agency here trying to set up a good onboarding. Our clients fill in the onborading on typeform which then gets sent to Google sheets. On the form i ask all their practical info. I was able to set it all up so all this info gets filled in into Esignatures.io.However, the price agreement will differ from each client. For example one client has a setup fee of 1k and another of 2k. I will have to manually input this. How can i do this? I have tried different methods but nothing seems to be working
I have a zap setup to create a project in Teamwork whenever a deal in HubSpot is won. Works just great!I need to add another component.We use PandaDoc to get contracts signed and leverage the native integration between HubSpot & PandaDoc to do that. Again, works great!What I need to do is to is grab a PDF copy of the completed PandaDoc associated with the HubSpot deal and upload the file to the Teamwork project that is created earlier in the zap. Screenshot shows the current Zap configuration. I would envision there needs to be either some sort of additional action before the Notify via email step or maybe some sort of sub-zap somewhere? I’m trying to create new Shopify orders but cannot find ‘ship method’ in Zapier as a field to map. Can you help me figure out? My 3PL can only read Shopify orders that have a ship method filled in, even if it’s just a default text like “standard shipping” or something. Cannot be blank.

How do I set up the Submittable → Dropbox integration so that whole files appear in my Dropbox account? I am able to export .zip files from Submittable directly that include the submission (PDF) and any images added (JPG), using this setting: But when it comes to setting up the Action for Dropbox in Zapier, I don’t have a simple option to choose zip file, but many different options and Submission URL attached (doesn’t work, it downloads a weird code to my Dropbox).Sorry for the chaotic explanation, would really appreciate any help! A record is currently being created with an invoice number/date and it connects to the patient’s contact - perfect. However, if you look at the actual sales order, it does not bring in the correct details of the order. We sell multiple products and the line items differ by order. I currenlty have it set to only pull one of our items every single time just so it creates a sales order - so it currenlty pulls a static product name for every order instead of it being unique to each sales order. Is there a way to get the true shopify sales order into zoho crm via zapier? Pabbly was not able to do this but it has been done in the past with another program so I know it is possible. I am trying to update deals in Hub Spot triggered by uploading a new file into a folder. However, I am unable to locate any test data containing the Folders and Sub-Folders that the file is located in. Is it possible to locate the Folders and Subfolders of a file from Goggle Drive or is there a work around? Thank you.
