Hello - I am having trouble connecting my Klaviyo account to my Hubspot. When there is a new profile in Klaviyo, I would like to have a contact be created/updated in my hubspot account. I already have zaps set up where if there is a new contact in Hubspot, it creates a new profile in Klaviyo, but I cannot seem to get to go the other way around.

Right now, I have the trigger as a new event in Klaviyo, with the metric Subscribed to List (internal) -- the list they subscribe to is the newsletter] -- then the action is to create a contact in HubSpot, with a few contact information details filled out.

If there is something that you can tell I am doing wrong please let me know!

Thanks in advance.

Hi @KinedyneCargoControl

Good question.

Be aware that Zaps are not meant for 2-way data syncs as those could create infinite loops.

In Klaviyo, you’d likely have to use a Flow that sends a Webhook as detailed here: https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/how-to-add-a-webhook-action-to-a-flow

The Zap trigger would be Webhook - Catch Hook: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/help

Hey there, @KinedyneCargoControl! I wanted to pop in and see if you were able to get this sorted with Troy’s tips? We’d love to know! 🤗
