Zenler Student profile not created when payment approved in WooCommerce

boa noite,

 

estou com problemas ao fazer conexão entre Woocommerce e Zenler. Já fiz testes e funcionaram bem.

mas quando ponho tudo em acção, mesmo com a aprovação do pagamento no woocommerce, este não avisa ao Zenler para criar um perfil de estudante,

Aonde estou a errar?

Translated to English:

I'm having problems connecting between Woocommerce and Zenler.

I've done tests and they worked well, but when I put everything into action, even with the payment approval in woocommerce, it doesn't prompt Zenler to create a student profile.

Where am I going wrong?

Please post screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured.

Check that your Zap is turned ON, then test.

Check the Zap Runs to see if the Zap triggered and if there are any errors: https://zapier.com/app/history/

There are printscreens… I’ve paid the plugin woocommerce zapier and the test connection is good.

when the person placed the order in woocommerce, I confirmed the payment for the order, but it does not automate the registration in zenler…
