Hello - I am trying to use Zapier to connect a sales page on Leadpages (trigger) to grant an offer on Zapier (action).  I can get the zap to work correctly, but I cannot get the “Name” and “email” fields to populate with information from the Leadpages submission form. How do I do this?  Please help - I’m desperate!

Try submitting a sample form then change the trigger test data: https://zapier.com/help/create/basics/change-the-test-data-in-your-zap-trigger
