My zaps don't run

Hello, 
I have some zaps created but these don't active (run) the action and I Don't know why. Maybe it's because I have the free plan? 
Could you help me?

    Troubleshooting Tips

    1. Are the Zaps turned ON?
    2. Check the app connections here: https://zapier.com/app/connections
    3. Check the Zap Runs for errors here: https://zapier.com/app/history/

      Could you provide some screen shots of the trigger and action/s of a zap that is not working?

      Hi Blanco, 

      Of course. I add some screnshoot just in case you can see something different in my account. 

      The tiggerings works well because all data are saved in "transfer existing data" but from there, the data are not tranfer automatically (if I "send data to zap" manually, the task work)
