I’ve a zap running to upload zoom recordings to drive automatically. It was working fine but in the latest run Video Quality was 360p.
I downloaded from Zoom and it was 1080p. Why is that?

Hi @Yusuf Hilmi!

Has this only happened the one time? I’ve not actually heard of that happening before. If it was only once, then I assume you hadn’t changed any settings anywhere, like in Zoom.

Is it possible that the HD version hadn’t finished processing on Google Drive? I know with YouTube, for example, that they dod SD first and then HD. Maybe something to look at?

Hi Yusuf,

Check the Zap settings, perhaps you have “ticked” the option to compress video file while uploading. Uncheck it and upload the original content.
