Hi all -
I am creating a Zap that is triggered when a form is received and generates an invoice in QBO. We have unique alphanumeric identifiers for our customers, stored in the “other” field in QBO, and I wanted to use this as the search field for the step “Find Customer in QBO.” Unfortuantely, I see the only search fields offered are “Display Name” and “Email.”
Is there anywork around to use another field as the search field?
