Can I use Zapier Tables as a backend for a SaaS to store User Data and Login Credentials?

Hi Community,

I want to know if I can use Zapier Tables as a backend for a SaaS. I want to store User Data and Login Credentials (Including SSO). The frontend is provided by webflow.
