Pipedrive Activity to Asana Task

Hi all,

have a topic that I’d love to automate with Zapier but am stuck and can’t figure out if it’s possible.

Goal: If an activity in Pipedrive is created, I want an Asana task to be created.

I know that there is a Zap for this exact problem, but it doesn’t let me specify which pipeline and what kind of deal. Not being able to specify anything, makes this not very useful to me, as it would create tasks that are irrelevant to my team.

Maybe I have to put a step before where I can filter in pipedrive?

Thanks a lot for any suggestions!!

Hi @wayraG

Try adding a Filter step to your Zap: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help

Or try using this PIpedrive Trigger and configure a Pipedrive Activities Filter to match your desired criteria.

Hi @Troy Tessalone

Filtering was the workaround I was looking for.

Thanks a lot!
