A while back we got help with creating Zapier and Outlook to get confirmed bookings into our Outlook calendar.
At the moment around 4 out of 25 bookings a week do not appear in the Outlook calendar unfortunately.
I looked in Zapier and every time it fails it gets this error code:
I don’t get why this happens. The text field is filled every time.
And most of the bookings appear without problem.
How to fix this?
This can happen when there are variations to the email templates being received and how the email parser logic is configured, as it may need to be further tweaked/trained.
