Google Doc Drop Down menu to Google sheets

Hello, 

Can Zapier take several drop down menus from a google doc and put them into a google spreadsheet, for about a 100 employees? How would that work? Especially if it is a new google doc (in the same folder) being created every week.

Unfortunately, the GDoc contents are not available in Zaps.
