Having trouble linking activities to contacts in Redtail CRM

Hi there! 

I am having trouble with actions “Create Contact” and “Create Activity” - specifically linking activities to contacts in Redtail CRM. There are no errors with the created zaps, and when I test them they seem to work just fine, however when a member tries to schedule an event through calendly, they are only sometimes created in Redtail. Furthermore, an activity will be created, but it won’t be linked to any contact in redtail. This field below does not seem to work between zap and redtail for me. Does anyone know how to fix these little bugs? Thanks!

Please post detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured in order for us to have more context.

You can check your Zap Runs to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to help troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/
