Put new lead to Lemlist graveyard
Good afternoon !I need help on Zpier:When I reveive a new lead via our website, this new lead in automatically inserted in a spreadsheet.I would like via Zapier put directly this new lead in the graveyard of Lemlist, so we don’t send that lead any email anymore.Could you please help me to do that ? “Zoho Recruit (1.17.0)” replacement does not have "Views"
Hi, In the “New Record Trigger” from “Zoho Recruit (1.17.0)” Zap App one could select a module (i.e. Contacts) and then a view. This was very helpful, because one could set views in Zoho with multiple complex filter criteria. Then the Zap would only trigger if a record in that view would be changed or created. The replacement for this Zap App does no have the view anymore. Is there a way or a plan to get this back in there? Can you relate that to the Zoho people? Thanks, Thomas.
Bullhorn CRM fields in Zapier do not match Bullhorn CRM
I’m connecting a Wix automation (someone filling in a form) to Bullhorn recruitment CRM (add new candidate). This requirement comes from wanting to automate and streamline the process of ‘registering’ someone and bringing them into our Bullhorn CRM.When I create the Zap, Everything seems ok with the first stage with Wix. When I get to the Bullhorn setup part, it seems that options for the fields that Zapier gives me for the ‘Create candidate’ fields do not match what is actually in the Bullhorn system. Perhaps it’s a US version. For example, I don’t need ‘Social security number’ as it’s not a requirement in the UK and it isn’t a field in our Bullhorn CRM under ‘candidate’.There are also fields missing. It just doesn’t seem to align. Can anyone help?
I have 8 Zaps using the “Zoho Recruit (1.17.0)” as a trigger app.It's been deprecated. What is the replacement trigger?If I remove or replace the trigger, all the variables in the following actions may all be undefined. Since it’s the first action, the trigger, I would have to completely rebuild the Zap. What is the best way to replace a trigger app without needing to assign all the variables in the following actions again, and need to rebuild the entire integration?
Error with integrating Wix Automations and Convertkit
I’m trying to connect my automation from wix to converkit for an email drip campaign.I want to send the subscriber from Wix to Convertkit, and add a tag so they are entered in to a specific automation.When I edit the Zap, it works on Wix’s end. When I test the action on the Converkit side, I keep getting an error.Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this?

How can I build a lookup table using 2 lists?

Appending Text to GoogleDocs Removes the Documents Comments and Suggestions
Hi there, This is a tricky one, likely without an answer but asking in hopes that someone knows a solution! When using Zapier’s ‘Append Text To Document’ action step, it seems that all comments and suggestions of the document get displaced in the process of appending. Comments seem to move onto the Doc itself and suggestions seem to disappear, as seen in this example: https://share.getcloudapp.com/Wnul5ynB Does anyone have any idea why this occurs? In desperate need of an option for appending that doesn’t cause this issue! Many donuts your way if you can figure this out!

Google Sheet - Continue if lookup field does not match
Hi,I have a zap that runs through all the rows of a google sheet lookup a row’s specific column ‘s content, and if there is a match, it does a bunch of steps (sends email, etc ...), update the row’s column with a new value and then loops back to the top with a webhook. It’s a fairly standard zap. I’d like to run the same action but with a look up value that does not match, instead of match, a specific column in that row, do a bunch of steps, and then updates that row’s column with a new value.It will allow to do a series of action based on each row of a google sheet without knowing the value of the lookup column.Thanks for the help!Alex
Zoom "User does not exist" error
Hello,I’m trying to use Zapier to send webinar registrations to Zoom from an internal platform via a webhook.Everything seems to be setup correctly, fields are correctly mapped. However, when I try and test the setup, I get this error message “User does not exist”. It’s an email that doesn’t exist in Zoom. Did anyone experience the same issue?Thx!

Active Campaign / Goog Calendar synch
I’m experienced Zapier user, but can’t figure out why “Contact Task Added” trigger from Active Campaign wont send the actuall Task message to Goog Calendar. It does the first time, when I build the zap & run it thru, Test, Continue, etc….but next time zap runs...only the Title of the Task populates into Calendar, not the message. Realyt frustrated.
