Hello, I am trying to track read emails through Gmail. I added Streak integration, which allows me to track the email but it is not working when emails are sent through Zapier. If I send an email manually, Streak shows me the read receipt but if I use Zapier, Streak doesn’t work. Is there a way to track read receipts through Zapier and Streak integration or do you recommend a different method? Thanks.

(I tried to find it through Bitrix24API, without any luck) Because I’ve a custom webhooks, and also custom Events developed, so I don’t want a issue with my own webhooks with the Zapier webhooks,
Hello, I have the New Ticket Trigger working with AutoTask however I would like to limit which Queues this fires for. For example I would like to have it fire for the Helpdesk queue and not one of the 10 other queues. Seeing how you can’t pick the Queue during the trigger setup my guess is that I will need to limit the permissions for my API user to be able to access that 1 queue. I also another trigger working when a new note is added to a ticket, and the same rule apply, just want it firing for that one queue
I have a database of users in Bubble with a field called “Cash” and I’m trying to set up a Zap to run every hour that triggers a Bubble API Workflow that adds a 1000 to each user’s “Cash”. The Bubble API Workflow works when I use it with the Bulk option in the Data tab, so I know the API Workflow I’ve written works. With the Zap, I get stuck on the last step - see the first picture below. “Userkey” is the parameter key (see second picture below). Zapier seems to want me to put something in the last text box labeled “Userkey” but it doesn’t find anything and I’ve tried putting stuff like “User” in it that doesn’t work. I’ve also tried marking the parameter as optional - Zapier then makes it non-required but then while the Zap is considered successful on a test, it doesn’t actually change any data.Any suggestions? I’ve followed Mackenzie Child’s tutorial on creating a Webflow membership program using Zap and custom webhook to populate the member CMS collection with the videos they’ve marked as watched. I’ve followed the tutorial exactly, double checked my work, looked at multiple forums and tried multiple solutions but I somehow keep getting the same ValidationError.Here’s my Zap: And here’s the Webflow Collection it is Linked to I’ve used Postman to verify the multi-reference field name, which is why I’ve changed this to “completed-videos-3” in the data. I’ve used Memberstack and Airtable to store member data and all previous zaps seem to be firing fine, it’s just this final webhook that I’m having problems with. Furthermore, when I originally set up the webhook 3 months ago it was working fine, I don’t understand why it isn’t working anymore. Hi!I am creating a Zapp that publishes new blog posts from my WordPress site to Tumblr page. However, I am unable to find the thumbnail / featured image in drop-down of Set-up Action. My website is built on Elementor. Kindly advise the work-around.
I just wanted to create a new “shared drive” with the google drive zap when a new customer is created in our CRM. Now it seems that I can only create new folders (private or within a shared drive) but not a new shared drive (formerly team drives) itself. The Google Drive API3 supports this function. Does anyone has an idea how to solve this challenge?

Hi, afaik, it is only possible to trigger an action based on new database items in Notion. In automation.io it is apparently possible to use updated database items on Notion as trigger. Wanted to see if the community knows if it is possible anyway in Zapier or if there is any workaround? What I am trying to do: Build a “stale bot” that triggers whenever there is no activity in Notion docs after x Days which then triggers a message in Slack saying that the doc should be given some love With the current “new database item” trigger, every Notion page can only trigger once, although it could trigger several times (if there is always a huge amount of time in between the actions). Here’s what I am trying to do and I am really close (I think): A new booking in Book Like a Boss triggers:an entry on Google Sheetsa document with specific information in Google Docsa new dropbox folder. Then we do the project which is a video recording. That recording is uploaded to the dropbox folder that was created by the booking.That folder needs to be sent via Dropbox Transfer.The LINK for the dropbox transfer needs to be copy and pasted into the EMAIL that is sent to the client so they know their project is ready. Is this possible via Zaps? Which parts have to be done by a human? I appreciate your thoughts on this.
Hi everyone, I am trying to import our MEWS guest data into Airtable so that I can build a follow up email / sms procedure.Right now, I get every new booking from Mews into Airtable via Zapier. However, if a customer books for multiple guests and doesn’t add the extra names immediately but later (for instance thanks to one of the emails I want to send through Zapier), I can’t get those records to be updated. I see the Update customer trigger but that one seems not to have a booking / reservation reference in it. Anyone has any clue how to resolve this?thanks in advance!

Hi Fam, I’ve tried to get stripe product metadata, but it doesn’t seem to work. There are quite a few posts on it, and all roads seem to point to using a webhook, which I can’t figure out how to set up. This guide is good, but it only applies to checkouts via stripe I think. If I set metadata on Price instead of Product, will Zapier pick that up? How do I set up a webhook to get Product Metadata?
Every time I connect to my NeonCRM account, the zap works for a few hours but then it stops working with the trigger test saying “An Account could not be found”… then I need to reconnect again. This has been an ongoing issue for over a month now.The API key has not changed and to reconnect the account, I just re-enter the same credentials. Is there a problem with Zapier connecting to NeonCRM?The Zap remains on and simply doesn’t run. I only detected the connection problem during the test. The zap used to work and no changes were made to it since then. I have no way of knowing when the zap stops working except by running a test which I’ve been doing daily and it seems the connection never holds for more than a few hours.Any suggestions on what can be done to fix this?
