Schedule Zap to run based on every row in a google sheet

I’ve never used the schedule trigger before, but it seems pretty straight forward. My use case is to run at midnight on the first of every month.

The next step is the tricky part: is it possible to build a zap that runs for every row in a Google Sheet?

I was thinking it’d be possible to do as X Zap runs of row-based actions, but now I’m not sure. How would I loop it to run again for the next row?
