Using Responses from ChatGPT

I’ve been integrating a mail platform with ChatGPT to send a prompt based on the body of the email.

What I’m struggling with is using the result from ChatGPT for another action.

Can anyone help with how to use the result from a ChatGPT prompt to populate a spreadsheet?

Hi @LiamStu

Good question.

In order for us to have full context, please post detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured along with a specific examples so we can see what data is being used, thanks.

Hey @LiamStu! I’ve created a similar workflow to this one. Once you test the trigger of your Zap, the output from the chat will be returned as a field. You can then use that field in an email action to dynamically update the content within the email, each time the Zap runs.

Give that a go and if you run into any issues along the way, sharing some screenshots of your Zap configuration as Troy suggested will enable us to continue helping out here. 🙂
