How to shorten attachment hyperlinks on Slack

When I Zap from Gmail to Slack, the attachment comes in a large hyperlink. Is there any way to actually attach the file so my team can access it quicker? Or, can the hyperlink be shortened at the very least?

Hey @leemich8815 happy to help here! You might try our URL Shortener app: https://zapier.com/apps/url-shortener/integrations

You can shorted the URL and then use the output from that step in your Slack message, instead. Give that a try and let us know if you have any other questions along the way!
