Hi there!I am looking to use zapier to connect asana and google calendar so I can create a new calendar event whenever someone adds a date/time to a custom field on a task. As I am building out the zap, I am having trouble specifying event attendees because the Google Calendar action is looking for email addresses, while the Asana trigger only provides collaborator names.Has anyone experienced a similar challenge in the past? How were you able to pull email addresses from Asana when they were not provided in the list of data points in the trigger?Thanks!
Hired an API developer to get a Squarespace Ecomm site to communicate with an in store point of Sale from Square, thousands of dollars and months later, they could never get it to work, then ghosted me. Client loves the site but it is useless without it communicating to their in store inventory.
Issue when creating the QB invoice. For the product, it’s choosing credit 1 instead of matching the product of the opportunity in SF.

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.so I’m having another problem when creating the QB invoice. for the product/service it’s choosing Credit 1 instead of matching the product of the opportunity in SF.example -1 - here is my opportunity in SF (that has become a sale) - its for lapel pins2 - here is where its mapped in Zapier3 - if I run a test the product does match (it always chooses credit 1) and that also seems to be adding a 1 in front of the quantity. the quantity for this opp is 200 not 1200 - Also there is no rate (if i create manually with quantity and price QB will calc. and populate the rate)Help fixing these 3 items would be much appreciated!
I would like to seek some help please. Every time I receive an email with a csv attachment in it, I want to extract text from the csv (specifically emails) to be later saved into Google Spreadsheet or directly imported to the mailing campaign in the mailchimp. The biggest challenge so far is that the Zapier does not recognize any content (emails) inside the attached csv. Any workaround please? I also tried Formatter, same issue (doesn’t find the content inside the attached csv)

Hi! We have a trigger set up to where when a task in created in a certain folder, a project in Harvest is created as well. But now every subtask added to any task in that folder is also being created in Harvest which we do not want. I’ve tried playing around with the Filter by Zapier to filter the subtasks out but I can’t figure it out. Help!!
I have set up the ChatGPT integration with messenger and it works well in terms of running conversation. In the Assistant Instructions I have put a detailed training prompt which in my understanding would be used as basis for the conversation. The problem is that the answers I am getting from GPT are not aligned witht he guideline I have provided. I have changed the training description 15 times but it still turns back to a specific option which I have clearly prohibited to even mention.
My trigger in this zap is when a new row is added or a row is updated from Sheet #1. I setup the next step using lookup step to try to find and match the results from Sheet #1 to Sheet #2. The problem is I got a couple of columns set in Sheet #2 but it’s not showing on the options dropdown (below) Although it’s showing col$a as an option, even if i try to click it, I’m still getting empty field I tried refreshing and made sure I had the right locations. But I’m still having these error. Would appreciate any help!
Hi,I’ve just created my first Zap!What it does is create a new row in a Google Sheet every time an email matching a certain criteria is received. The criteria is that the email are in a specific folder and they are displayed in Google Sheet .The columns in the Google Sheet are: Sender Name, CC includes, Title of the Mail, Date & Time, No. of Attachment, Attachment Details.I have tested my zap by sending an email from that email address with a .jpg file but I have received an error that says: There was an error with Google Sheets: Object of type LazyFile is not JSON serializable.I read on some of your form and found out that the proper way would be to send the attachment to Google Drive.Now how do I link the mail and attachment to sheets such that it shows the attachment details(image/pdf/word..etc) in front of the sheet Sender Name, Title and other details.
How much info can Zapier access from eBay integration? How well can it transfer data to Google Sheets?
Hello, I’m looking for a method to move information from eBay sales to my personal sales spreadsheet more quickly. The info I’ve been manually moving/inputting into my spreadsheet is the following: Date of sale, sale price +shipping, cost of shipping label, final value fees, promoted listing ad fees (if applicable), and buyer username.I haven’t had much of an issue with copy and pasting this info manually each night when purchasing shipping labels, but the issue has gotten worse overtime. The shipping label page doesn’t contain final value fees or ad fees numbers, meaning I have to navigate and scroll through multiple tabs to grab all the numbers I need for a given order. I’m wondering if Zapier could pull all these numbers from an order automatically? And how well does Zapier play with existing spreadsheets, could I give it rules that tell it where to place what?Thanks for any advice on the subject.

Maybe someone can help, why this is so. In this case, i enter the ticket ID: 2 and the response is for ticket ID: 4
Hey guys! I wanna make a Zap that after the event of a message in a Slack channel it searches for all of the tasks on Clickup in a list that match a specific status (live status) and then gets back to the slack channel and writes all of the names of those tasks that match.Thing is i’m getting only the info for one Clickup task instead of searching for any task that matches… I want it that if i have 3 live tasks it send me the name of those 3 tasks.
Have spent two days trying to figure this zap out! It seems like it should be simple so I don’t get why it’s not working!! When a deal is moved to certain stages I want Jotform to send a form, but for some reason I cannot see the field to assign the email address in Hubspot. It doesn’t give me an email option to find the email address for the contact in Hubspot. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

What I would like to accomplish with Zap:Take new Google Sheet data and import it to Pardot list via Zap I would like to add any new contacts/rows to a Pardot list from Google Sheets.What I did in Zap:I’ve set up a Zap trigger New Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets. to export data from Google Sheets. From Google Sheets, I set up a find prospect in Pardot action to look for a contact based on Google Sheet email data. Then another action to Add Prospects to Pardot listProblem:I was able to set up everything up, but when I got to Add Prospect to List in Pardot, I could only select one Prospect in the step details. That essentially only allows for a single record updated in the Pardot list selected. It’s not adding new records/rows from the Google Sheets as they come in. Do I need to set up a custom action to look for a specific field or…? Please help. The name of the Zap is Google Sheet to Pardot List in my Zap. Thank you.
I’d like to sync Amazon Alexa with Google Tasks but Alexa is grayed out in the setup page. Why is this? I would like any tasks added to Google tasks to be synced with Alexa. I am aware I can do this the other way around (Add a task to Alexa which then syncs to Google) but that’s not what I need to do. Any ideas?
Hello,I created a zap for newsletter opt in between elopage and rapidmail - it is workong and if I do single opt in, all is workig well. - But if I choose the double opt in method(which i prefer), the delifered mail is unpersonalized - instead of my name the header is “Newsletter” and I am not recieving my welcome mail - just a very unpersonal welcom. Anyone an idea, what am I doing wrong? Many thanks,Melanie
Hi Everyone, Okay here we go… Current Zap Process in Place: Calendly event is scheduled. This event information goes to Airtable, which shoots the information over to Squadcast and tells Squadcast to create a recording link.This recording link is then updated in the appropriate Airtable field.Need: Send that Squadcast link from Airtable to Calendly to update the event location of that meeting.Is this possible with webhooks? It looks like theres nothing pre-made to accomplish any tasks back to Calendly. Or is this not possible? :D All suggestions welcome!
Hi All, I’m trying to create a Zap where it would take Slack messages begging with a trigger word and add the messages to a newly created Notion database item. However, Notion creates a new database item for ever Slack message. I would like for it to add all messages with to a single newly created Notion database item. I was thinking maybe there’s a way to gather all of the messages and then push it to Notion. I unfortunately have no idea how to proceed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Sucks that I cannot get help from Zapier through chat, so I will post to community in forlorn hope that a Zapier person will take this feature request.There MUST be more event possibilities available in the BigCommerce API than the TWO that Zapier has implemented.I want to notify my sales team about a login to our store, about a cart getting abandoned, about a cart getting created...these are INTERESTING events that would present me with customer service opportunities. Yet, they appear to be impossible with the limited BigCommerce integration from Zapier. Am I wrong?
