New Quickbooks Invoice from Estimate not triggering Zaps
I have zaps which are triggered when a new invoice is created inside Quickbooks Online. They work well if the invoice is created from scratch in QBO. The zap is triggered and all steps complete. However, the same zaps will not fire if the invoice is created from an estimate within QBO. It seems that estimates in QBO were an after thought in the Zapier integration. I can create them with zaps but I can’t SEND them. I have to manually open QBO, select the estimate, and send it from QBO. Then when the estimate is approved, I again have to go in to QBO and convert the estimate to an invoice. Then this newly created invoice is somehow different than a fresh invoice because it won’t fire the “new invoice” triggers in the QBO integration.

Trigger sms when google sheet row/column x is changed from "empty" to "Interested" drop down selection
Hi Zapier Community, I have a simple google sheet that has a drop down list of items to pick from in a column. It starts out blank but when a user changes the specific row/column they are working on to “Interested” I want to send an SMS notification. When setting up the zapier trigger I see the variable “Status” as a list of options but how do I get it to be triggered when column H which is “Status” is changed to Interested? I’m using a drop down list rather than have someone type the word “Interested” to avoid typo’s. If this is possible thank you for any help! If keywords (TEXT) are the only way then I guess I can at minimum type it out manually. Thank you all,David

Hi,I am new to Zapier and the Box integration with Airtable. I was wondering if there is a way to automate the following:Every time an existing boxnote is edited, update that company’s record’s “date of last interaction” field with today’s date. Every time a boxnote is created within a specific folder, search to see if the company this was created for already exists in our Airtable. If it does, update that record’s “date of last interaction” field with today’s date. If not, create a new record and update same field.Any help would be greatly appreciated! Especially how to get these apps linked.

I'm new here! Anyone have experience with updating a Google Sheet based on PipeDrive data?
Currently, our business maintains a list of its subscribers in a Google Doc which is viewable by our partners. Partners check to make sure our subscribers are in good standing before honoring a discount. As of now, we manually add names (or remove them) from this list as needed.We’d like to create a workflow/Zap that automates this process. For example, if we create a field in an Organization within PipeDrive that lists each subscriber as ‘paid’, could we create a Zap to edit the Google Doc as people pay (or are designated as not paid)?I see options to add a row or edit a row with a Zap, but don’t understand how to set the condition of evaluating one field (‘Paid’), then updating the Sheet. Initial trials have proved frustrating. Am I making this too complicated? Or not understanding the complexity sufficiently?The videos outlining the basics of Zapier are easy to understand.. but I’ve so far been unable to translate them into actions that make sense.
How do I collect or pass login information to Stripe when creating a new user?
So I’m using Stripe to take payment information for a TalentLMS monthly subscription course as well as one time sales. I’m trying to use Zapier between Stripe and TalentLMS. It looks like I have create new user, add user to the course, etc. However, at the point of adding a new user from Stripe, it’s asking for the user’s login and password information. How and where do I collect or pass that information along to Zapier? Thanks.
Facebook leads are not automatically inserted into Salesforce
Hello very good, I need help, I have a zap made between facebook leads. and salesforce, if I test the zap, it works correctly, if I transfer the zap (bulk mode) also works. But the problem I have is that when a facebook lead enters is not automatically inserted into salesforce (the zap is on).What could be happening?
Connecting to a BambooHR Report
I attempted to follow the simple guide provided by Zapier, with the following directions:“Create a new report under the "Reports" tab and grab the id from the URL as shown here. “However, that is no longer how BambooHR titles its report pages. Now it’s done via <uniquename.bamboohr.com/reports/custom/<reportname>/id# but when I enter the ID #, it tells me the report isn’t found. Presumably, because the format is no longer functioning?Any advice for how to get the report to actually pull would be great!

Upcoming content marketing plans and highlights/initiatives. Google Analytics is my kryptonite.Do any simple tools exist with which I could make a doc/dashboard-doc, drag in some widgets for Google Analytics... and ?This is not just about Analytics. I'd also like to add in some manual/narrative other material, and maybe pull in some data from other software/services, too... eg. How to manually replay failed zap?
I have a failed zap. I changed the zap so that it hopefully won’t fail again, and I’d like to re-play it now. Unfortunately it is set to autoreplay and I am currently waiting for the 3-hour replay. I cannot manually re-play it now. I’d rather not wait for the autoreplay. Any way around this?
Microsoft Teams and SolarWinds Service Desk Integration
I would like to use Zapier to integrate Teams and SolarWinds Service Desk. I have setup Teams using New Channel Messages as the trigger. SolarWinds Service Desk is configured to Create Incidents as the action. The issue I am finding is, SolarWinds Service Desk has a required field for “Requester’s Email Address”. None of the data options available to pull from Teams populates the users email address. How would I go about getting the users email address from Teams data?
My Zap to MailerLite from Stripe stops working after we started using Stripe Connect.
One of our suppliers has moved us to use Stripe Connect - we had a zapier link to Mailerlite from Stripe but this seems to have stopped since we have started using Stripe Connect - please can you tell me if we need to use a different API to link the accounts in zapier? Stripe are saying that we don’t need to do anything different but the data is not coming across since we moved over…...Any ideas?
How can I only send contacts to a specific Lead Connector (GHL) list from a Constant Contact form?
Looking to get some help on getting a new contact that fills out a constant contact email signup form, to be fed into my GoHigh Level account. I can only figure out how to get ALL new contacts into GHL, but I’m trying to only send contacts that get fed to a particular list, from this form.I see how to do it by a tag, but the form doesn’t allow me to tag them first. Hello! I host a podcast that I use Calendly to schedule and organize. In the Calendly Signup form I ask for people’s instagram accounts so we can tag them when we publish an episode. I’m curious if there is a way I can automatically follow people by linking calendly and instagram. Does any know how to do this? When I try it tells me that the instagram is disabled.
Delay salesforce queries triggered from Zapier
I have a setup on Zapier that triggers a query to Salesforce each time a user buy tickets from one of my applications. The flow goes as follows: New user buys a ticket, then a webhook configuration sends the ticket information to Zapier and once zapier's got the data, it triggers a find query to salesforce which tries to find a record with the user's id/passport and if the record doesn't exist, it must then create a new record on SF and map the ticket information to that record & if the record exists already, then the system must just append the ticket information on the record in SF side. The issue that I have is that if a new user that has no record on SalesForce buys more than one ticket on my application, SF's mapping only the last ticket information after creating the resource and the other tickets abort the SF mapping process yet they are supposed to just append one after the other under the recently created resource, my thinking is that this is happening because the find r
