I created a zap that triggers when JotForm new submission and insert data to MySQL But each time new JotForm submission is created is not triggering zap. If I edit the zap, then look at Find Data section and load more data then only I see new submission. I’m aware of 15 minutes interval Zapier has, but it has gone hours and JotForm submissions only appears when I load data manually. Thanks
Hello, I am wondering if there is any way to set up a Zap that pulls call detail information from GoogleAds reporting (phone number, call duration, received etc). We usually have a call ad campaign running on each Google Ads account.Would ideally like this transferred to data box but can use google sheets if need be. Is there a way to do this? Thanks
I seem to be having an issue receiving all the criteria fields from Facebook. I have tried to reconnect to see if this refreshes it but it doesn’t seem to feed in the rest of the lead capture fields. Is there something that we need to further do to make this work?
Hi, :) I tried creating a zap which would add the pick update at time to the Google calendar It is only working if I update the google sheet manually, but doesn't work when the form is filled. Hiya, I created a zap to trigger an email sequence in flodesk when someone registers for my webinar in easy webinar. The zap appears to be working but the email sequence doesn’t get triggered and no subscriber is added. I’m lost with why. I don’t know at what end the mistake is. Easy webinar? Flodesk or zapier? Does anyone have a similar experience?
Hi all, I am running a FB lead ads campaign, and have connected FB to Intercom. We want that all the leads will be added to intercom with two tags: “FB-lead" as well as specify which city the person lives in. To know the city, I have added a question in the form, asking which of 3 cities the person lives in, along with email and name. I have set up a zap that will:Create a new user in intercom when a new lead is added Tag that user with “FB-lead” Custom tag “FB 1. City” However, when the leads are being added to intercom, the custom tag specifying the city doesnt seem to work. The tag itself is being added but it doesnt contain which of the three cities the lead have chosen in the FB form. Anybody who have input on this, or how to solve it? Maybe there is another way to add a city-tag to the user?
Hello,I’m a local officer in an organization, and we’re looking to expand the way we communicate/share/advertise our events to our members. In an effort to streamline and simplify, I’m thinking it makes sense to have a central repository of our events (either in Google Sheets or Google Calendar), and then from there send it to each communication channel. Zapier is an obvious choice to consider for automated the distribution of the information, however I’ve run into an early problem.On of the main goals of our committee is to have a Facebook event for each of our events. We use a private group for our members, and it’s important that the events stay private to our population (among other reasons, some events are at members’ homes, and therefore their address is shared). The number of events can be anywhere from 30-60 a month, so manually created each event in Facebook is not really viable.I cannot seem to find a way to automate creating events in a Facebook group from either Google Shee

I’m trying to connect the zap to the app names Carcom. It’s a payment app.I put the URL of the webhook in the Cardcom app. but when I try to make a zap to pass some fields into google shhet I get lost. It does not bring the fields of the cardcom app. I don't understand what I do wrong.
I am setting up a Zap and running into a 409 error. Any ideas on how to fix this? Trigger1. New Contact in Zillow Tech Connect Action2. Create Contact in Keller Williams Command - this is where the 409 error states duplicate email address. If I archive and then delete the sample contact in KW Command the error still occurs.
Hello, I am using Zapier for Facebook post page automation. It works well with 1 page. When I add a second page, for which I've been endorsed with the administrator role, I can't post on this second page (even after a reconnect of my Facebook account in zapier). I can't use a "custom field" with value coming from airtable and containing the ID of the destination page : the first page is always to one selected by zapier, so I czn' t post on several pages using the same zap. Weird.. Is this behavior the expected one? Can't we use a custom field to define the destinztiin FB page?? Many thanks in advance for your help / feedback!

I have several users and teams on my Calendly Account. I user Zapier and have a zap for my scheduled appointments to create a row in Excel to keep track. However, it tracks ALL appointments for ALL users and teams. I want the teams and users to be separate but I do not see an option on Zapier to custom the zaps by team, it pulls in all appointments for all users/teams. My goal is to create multiple excel tracker sheets for different teams and users. Ex. Tracker Sheet For Team 1, Team 2, User 1, User 2 etc.
Hello, I am reaching out because while creating a Zap to link my CallRail account to my Insightly account, I am running into an issue. I am trying to write a custom GET request through Webhooks via Zapier and I am getting a "Not found" response. However, I made the same request in Postman and confirmed that in fact there is a found recond and it pulls it. I've also included an image of the record in question from my Insightly account. I am using the same API key in all three. PLease see the attached screenshots and let me know what is happening.
I want to create a task flow…. I want to create a vendor bill (payable) in QB online from a vendor who sends me a bill to be paid. I thought I might create a parent account (ABC Compnay) in Dropbox, and sub folders (one for each vendor) in DropBox. To accomplish this, a vendor (sub-contractor,in this case) sends a bill to a Dropbox (sub folder under ABC Company) that has been established for him. When the bill arrives in his folder, I get an email from Dropbox (or from Zap?), and a bill is auto entered into Quickbooks (ABC Company’s online account) under the vendor (account based) or (item based) (not sure the difference here). I then can log into QB and code the bill...to a job and to a correct expense account classification. Is this possible? there another way?
I am new. My first Zap set up. I have entered the company Microsoft Account email and password.However I am wanting to Zap a new email lead into Ontraport to set up a new Contact record. Why is it not prompting my business email account to allow me to do that?What do I need to do to get this working?
I would like to be able to send a message from Teams to Things 3 as a task. Ideally, the trigger would be saving the message, but that trigger is not available in the workflow build. I realize I can use the Outlook integration to then email to Things, but it’s cumbersome. Anyone have any other ideas?
I created my first Zap: Create Klaviyo subscribers from new Squarespace form submissions.I tested it and apparently there are no errors.Once the zap was live though, I added a few emails to my Squarespace subscription form and they were not uploaded onto my Klaviyo List.This was last night. I gave it some time as I read there might be delays but this morning the emails are still not there.
Hi all! I have noticed that when I trigger a task for my Seamless.AI to Zapier Integration, I seem to be getting many errors that stop the action. These errors are due to Error : Invalid data for the field Phone. Detail : expected_data_type phoneI fugured out that this is occuring because Seamless.AI often takes time to populate the phone number and email information on their side, sometimes up to a minute or so. So, essentially, this Zap is being triggered too early so the field that should have a phone number in it, instead says “Researching...” and causes an error.Is there any way to delay the Zap from triggering?
Hi, I am trying to get custom notifications to my fulfillment center when a new paid order comes in.I find it really hard as the products come all together, same as the quantities and the skus.So I would like to achieve an email like this:1x Product name, SKU XXX3x Product name, SKU XXX1x Product name, SKU XXX1x Product name, SKU XXXOr a google sheet where the products cell looks like this:1x Product name SKU XXX, 3x Product name SKU XXX, 1x Product name SKU XXX, 1x Product name SKU XXXAll I am achieving now is a cell with all the products, a cell with all the quantities and a cell with all the SKU which will be extremely messy and confusing.How can I create something tidier?Thanks
