Hi everyone i’m new around here.

I’m trying to create Microsoft to-do Task with sub tasks based on the google forms answers.

So far i can create a task with the correct information extracted from the forms filled. Bu i’m struggling to create task with sub tasks(6-8 sub tasks).

Sub tasks are chancing only depend on answer of 1 question in the form.

This question have 4 alternative answers.
if the answer is D ‘don’t create any sub task

if the Answer is A sub tasks are ( a b c d e f )

if the Answer is B sub tasks are (a b c d e f g)

if the answer is C sub tasks are (a b c d e f g h)

I guess there is no premade module in Zapier for this.

Where should i start how can i do it?

Hi there @AutoSpark,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

I did some digging into this, and it seems like Sub Tasks are not supported in the current Microsoft To Do integration.

However, we have an open feature request for this exact functionality. I have added you as another interested member to the open feature request. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track interest in this feature being implemented
  • Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future

While I don't have an ETA on when this feature might be implemented, we will notify you via email if it is!

Hopefully, this helps!
