Hello guys!I’m trying to automatize a process in hubspot, where: everytime a deal change its stage to a specif one, it will send to Google Sheets. BUT when I use ‘’New Deal in Stage in Hubspot” > “Google Sheets”, the deal doest not come with the information I need, so i create a new step1 - New Deal in Stage in Hubspot2 - Find Contatc (using Additional Properties To Retrieve with everything I need)3 - Create a spreedsheat row in Google Sheets But it does not work. I dont know what else can I do. Anyone with the same problem?
Does anyone have the definitive limits on the numbers of hashtags and ‘@’ symbols for what is allowed when adding posts to instagram/twitter and facebook via a zapier step?When I check online I find there’s different limits on the numbers. Anyone any idea on what the true numbers are?ThanksJ
I have a google form which is also uploading files - these files are being stored in google drive - when connecting to zapier - the files are not actually being downloaded but instead am getting “servicelogin” file - assuming zapier did not have access to those files even if there is an associated connection for it.
Hi there,I have my emails connected to Zapier so that when I get an email it creates a pipedrive contact. How can I easily add their phone number to the contact? Currently I am searching the email for a number and using that as the phone number. It has been successful until someone has numbers in their email address (such as email@example.com).Note: The emails are from a website contact form so there are only limited fields that pull through. So the number is always after the word ‘Phone’.Thanks!
Hey Community!I am learning a ton about webhooks and have learned enough just to be slightly dangerous. I had a request from someone that manages our pipeline at our company. We use an asana project with custom fields to manage that pipeline.The team member consistently is having to manually add placeholders in spots that the sales people fail to fill out. I’d like to create an automation that periodically checks the projects tasks for tasks that have certain custom fields that are empty. So, in Webhook speak, I would like to GET those tasks.Once I GET those tasks, I would like to PUT a standard placeholder value in those custom fields. Can anyone help with a good way of doing that?

This is my first time using zapier. I have a website that has a contact form. When a customer fills the contact form and hits send, myself and another business owner gets an email with the information that was entered into the contact form. The email also has the website link where the form came from.I want to create a zapier that sends an email with the information that was entered into the contact form except the website link. In other words, I would like to omit the website address from the email.How would I go about doing this?Please let me know if you need more info to help me figure this out.
Hello, I have an error about Signrequest account connection.The Zap that uses signrequest was active for several months and nothing changed until a week ago it stopped completing its zaps. Nothing changed on our end.Everytime when I try to connect my Signrequest account, Zapier send the following message "This account is expired. Please reconnect it here."I deleted the account and re-added it but still the same issue occurs.Would love to get some help here on how to solve the issue.
Good Morning I’m hoping someone can help with the following integration i’m looking to implement. Essentially, we use Connectwise Manage as our main CRM, however we are now using Pipedrive to manage our Sales engagements. What we are looking to achieve is to mirror the contacts and organisation details in both CRM’s by faking a two way sync. Some scenarios: If a contact or company is created in pipedrive, create it in Connectwise, but find if the company or contact exists first, then create them if not already there. If a contact or organisation is created in Connectwise, create the records in Pipedrive, and allow for a search first to ensure no duplicates. And for any updated record in either CRM to then be reflected in the other CRM.Is there a simple way this can be achieved in the smallest amount of steps? ThanksChris
I would like to create a zap where, when a Basecamp3 task is marked as completed it triggers an action in Asana (open to whatever is possible, ex. message in message board, etc.). I do see the opposite is possible where I can create an action on the Basecamp side when a task is marked as completed in Asana…looking to do the same thing in the opposite direction but not seeing an option that makes sense.If this is not possible, is there a way for an email to be sent upon completion of Basecamp task?
I have a Trigger from a Knack a no code platform and in the Data it sends the row contains Name some other information and then cities . It might have 1 city 3 cities 5 cities its different every time . Each city is always separated by a comma. So I my next step is to create a row in google sheets which I need to basically create a separate row with all the same data except for each with the different city in the triggered data. I am using this data for a lookup later in another Zap and doing a lookup in GSheets you cant lookup and find data in a column that as example Tampa if the city row contains for example Tampa, Orlando, Miami. So in my loop City was the loop field name and Address was my area field containing the 3 fields. It seemed to work correctly when testing and dropped 3 separate record into GSheets each with the different city. When I did it live it dropped 9 records so the 3 separate records with he 3 different cities times 3. Below is my loop,

However, this unique attendee link is too long to include in our SMS reminders.I’ve managed to set up a Zap that creates a new bit.ly URL every time a new Attendee is created in Salesforce. So far so good. I take notes from meetings in email then send it to mailparser to extract (a) who I met with, (b) date, (c ) notes, and (d) our commitments/due dates. I have been able to use search and create to create new docs when the don't exist and they append the data from that meeting, but the subsequent meetings they don't. Does anyone know where I can find more extensive documentation on the google docs/drive? I can use multiple zaps with three hard coded paths per but what fun is that?
We reuse our Hubspot forms to simplify our process. We’re hosting a webinar via GTW, and advertising on LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms. I created a Zap to trigger a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form to fire a Hubspot Form Submission, but I need to specify on what landing page the form lives on, to differentiate the form submission. Anyone know how to do this? Or a different workflow that would accomplish the same goal?

My Wordpress → ActiveCampaign works when the visitor becomes a member of the site when they purchase something via WOOcommerce (Which automatically creates a wordpress user) But when the visitor creates an account manually via the “sign up” button - the first and last name fields are not sent to activecampaign and they are not added to a list Any fixes? Hi all. I have a survey in LeadQuizzes (LQ) that produces 8 different outcomes. I tagged the results in LQ so that each separate result has a corresponding tag. I’ve also set up 8 corresponding Automations in Convertkit (CK) that will trigger a one email sequence based on the tags. The issue is that the native integration between LQ and CK only allows me to choose one sequence. So it looks like I need to use Zapier to integrate the two. But how?Ultimately, I want to integrate LQ and CK such that when someone completes the LQ survey, they will get the appropriate email (one of 8) based on their results. Can anyone help me out?

The presentation may be available for a 2 week period for any attendee to watch but I am looking for that presentation to only be watch by the delegate onc
