Automating Invoice - Smartsheet & Quickbooks

Hi 

I am trying to automate invoice being raise on quickbooks based on a smartsheet entry. I have managed to build the workflow on zapier which searches whether the customer exists and if not creates the customer, but I keep encountering “A business validation error has occurred while processing your request”. Im not sure how to progress from here. Any advice would be really helpful, thank you.

@dentonrpa When I encountered this error, I ended up contacting Quickbooks support to understand the error in more detail.  It ended up I was using an invalid value for a field.
