I want to use zapier to send my slack channel messages to mattermost. I connected slack and mattermost with zapier, but it uses many to one work flow,it means any message sent to channels in slack appear in specific channel on mattermost. Is there any way to send one to one message? e.g. if I send message on slack channel with name “off-topic” it must show on corresponding “off-topic” channel on mattermost and also when I send message on slack channel with name “general”, it must be shown on corresponding “general” channel on mattermost.Secondly only text message sent from slack to mattermost, no attachment send from slack to mattermost.is there any way to transfer attachment from slack to mattermost via zapier app.I will be very thankful to you.
I am trying to do the following order of operations, is this possible? New Row in Sheet triggers creation of folder and subfolders named after the identified cellNew folder triggers creation of mutliple different templates named after the cell Example: New row added: Week 4008 20220829 20220830 20220831 20220901 20220902 20220905 Creates Week 4008 folder that contains subfolder 20220829; 20220830…5 different templates go into subfolders named 20220829TEMPLATE NAME 1; 20220829 TEMPLATE NAME 2 etc.
I am having trouble with my Zap actually working. I have my trigger as a new payment in QuickBooks which is set to create a new task in ClickUp. There is no errors and I have paid for the service. There is nothing to trouble shoot. Regardless, the zap isn't working - it is not updating anything on clickup. I am logged in appropriately in both ClickUp and QuickBooks but to no avail. It appears it may just be getting their information exclusively from just invoice, but there is no way to change it to grab data from every invoice. Thank you kindly.
I'm using Google spreadsheet and messenger app in conjunction. using zapier through web hook. today, The corresponding "zap" does not receive and receive notifications. check history, The notification has been stopped since the 27th.(yesterday) I entered new data in real time, but there is no response. The spreadsheet is being input normally. Others work normally.
I am successfully adding new rows to an Excel spreadsheet for each new Jotform submission…. each field maps over just fine. The trouble I’m having is that each submission on the Excel spreadsheet skips roughly 10 rows before it writes the next record. So I have an entry on row 3...then on row 13...23...etc. How can I have Excel just go to the next row without any blanks? Is that something with Jotform? Zapier? Excel? I don’t know where to start debugging that.

I saw that there are some old posts on this topic but it looks like recently Monday.com changed so that text can be accepted into the phone column: https://support.monday.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014205860-Zapier-JSON-Formatting-Examples. I am getting this error message when I try not mapping phone, when I try phone as raw text, and when I try phone with the instructions given on this post. Is there maybe a bug happening?

Here’s my use case:How do I send a custom Newsletter via Active Campaign or pass variables to Active Campaign?Here is my scenario:Every time I set up a new event that is approved in my platform (Firebase), I want Zapier to sense it and send an email to my community via Active Campaign to my distro list (and yes, I can call the ActiveCampaign API to do it but I want to Zap it) I have connected my Firebase App to my Zapier and that works and I can retrieve the data that I need from my Firebase platform (i.e. event, event name, date start, max participants, etc,. etc) and that works. Now Once I have the info from Firebase, I connected my Active Campaign account in Zapier but I cannot figure out how to pass the data (i.e. event, event name etc) to Active Campaign and creating a new campaign (or sending out the email) into the body of the email (campaign). note: the connection works because I can send out an email to my list but I do not know how to s
Hi everybody, I need to create a zap that will send a message to slack 2 weeks before the date inserted by a user on a typeform they complete via my websiite. For example, they inform through the typeform that they want to receive a specific email/reminder on 24/8/2024. I would like to create a zap that would send a message to a slack channel 2 weeks before the informed date (that is, 10/08/2024) reminding me that i need to send a message to the user in 2 weeks. Is that possible? If yes, how? TIA!
Hey all!My team uses a Zapier/Airtable combo for a large number of automations, and one thing that perennially bothers me is Zapier’s built-in deduplication for Airtable records. There are records that I want the same automation to run on multiple times (they change conditions and re-enter the view to trigger that zap more than once), but of course Zapier has no option to turn off the built-in deduplication (also if anybody knows where I can make a formal feature request, please share!). I was wondering what workarounds others had found for this situation. The current one I use is to use an Airtable automation to feed the record id into a google sheet, and then make a zap that’s triggered by a new row in that google sheet which then finds the record in Airtable and gets whatever other data is needed (or sometimes if the data is sparse or simple text, I put it straight into the google sheet to save needing to go to Airtable).Obviously this requires using an Airtable automation, as well
I attempted to follow the simple guide provided by Zapier, with the following directions:“Create a new report under the "Reports" tab and grab the id from the URL as shown here. “However, that is no longer how BambooHR titles its report pages. Now it’s done via <uniquename.bamboohr.com/reports/custom/<reportname>/id# but when I enter the ID #, it tells me the report isn’t found. Presumably, because the format is no longer functioning?Any advice for how to get the report to actually pull would be great!
I created a zap from facebook leads to pipedrive. I manged to add “some” information to the form but i’m still missing the oppourtunity to get contact information from our ad form over to zapier and finally to pipedrive. Am I missing a “add” button or any other options cause i cant find any. It doesnt show me all the fields that customers fill out in our ad campaigns. In my previous company I had no issue with this.
Hi!Last week I've done a customer survey and set up a Zap between Jotform and Klaviyo. Everything worked fine and I ended the survey. During data analysis I saw that I forgot to add some fields to my Zap. Now I've set up a new Zap with all the correct fields. I've ran the Zap again, and everything seems to work fine, but it doesn't update the profiles in Klaviyo. Last time it took 15 minutes to update. Now its been a few hours and still no updates. Anyone who knows how to fix this?
Hi all. I have a zap where it insert the row to the sheets whenever there is form submission. However, I would like to create another zap to retrieve all the data of the row in the sheets.The trigger action is row inserted in sheets, then send email. But when I test trigger, it shows only the row and ID, no other data anymore. The reason for having two separate zap is because I have some columns in the sheets that set the value through the formula. Is there any suggestion or solution for this?
Shopify order brought into Salesforce, with Zapier, but line item price is divided by quantity ordered in item price
I have an active Zap that brings a Shopify order into salesforce, creates an opportunity and adds line items, found in pricebook, to the newly created opportunity. The issue is that the item price brought into the opportunity is divided by the quantity of items ordered in shopify. Example, buy 4 units at $3.49 each on shopify - in salesforce it is entered as correct item but price is $.87 ($3.49/4). I want the items ordered in shopify store (quantity and price) to match in salesforce opportunity. Hello!Using Zapier extensively, and we set up shipments in Shippo via a series of Zaps. Thing is, in the integration, there’s no option to check off a box in Shippo that adds a return label to a particular shipment. We always have to go in manually to do this, for every shipment.Would love to see this added to the “Create Order in Shippo” integration. Unless there’s a workaround?Thanks so much!
