Google Forms to Podio
I have set up a Zap where Google Forms should be sending any new entires over to my Podio contact list. The test Zap is working fine and the Zap is enabled but nothing is getting sent to Podio when a new entry actually comes into Google Forms. When I manually run the Zap, it cannot find any new items even if there are new entries in the Google Form. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Automation has stopped pulling info from Shopify
Hi,I set up an automation to pull info about new subscribers from Shopify on to Mailchimp.It turned itself off over the weekend for some reason (it could've been my mistale). Does this work all the time, or do I need to keep checking?Also, the field birthday doesn't get pulled in. Can you help, please?Thanks

Import contacts to Funnelcockpit from csv
It’s not possible to import multiple contacts with the Funnelcockpit connector. It’s only possible to import only ONE contact from a csv file. I tried it and only one contact works fine.I think the Funnelcockpit connector has to support importing multiple lines from csv file.
Podio Zap runs then deletes the phone number and email fields in the item
I have Zap, that upon changing a category field called “Create Google Doc” to “Yes” from any other option such as “Not Created”, it creates Google doc using fields in the item and a template stored on Google Drive. It hen does an update step to insert the link to the Google Doc into a filed titled “Google Doc Link” and updates the “Create Google Doc” category field “Yes” to “Created”. However, when the update item step runs and does what I am asking it do do for the “Google Doc Link” and the “Create Google Doc” fields - it also erases all the phone number and e-mail type of fields. The previously existing values on those filed type just disappear. I notice in the Zap update item step, the phone type and email type are pre-populated with their original value even though I am not updating the related Phone number Email - leaving in the Zap. Any help would be appreciated.

I have an email message that will have the same info being sent ie:Date : 15-10-2020Dewll Start Time: 11:35Dwell End Time: 06:45There are about 15 entries like that. I want that info to go into a google spreadsheet in one row. I linked the spreadsheet to the ZAP When I test the ZAP it says that it added a row, but nothing is there in the sheet. In creating the ZAP it picks up the column headers in the sheet and offers the ability to type or select. If I select I get all sorts of info about the email but nothing about the content of the email. Is that where I am supposed to get the info? If so how do I link it?Thanks for any suggestions
Send delayed zap if no second row filled in Google Sheets?
I use Facebook Ads to get new leads for my gym client.I want to have a new lead submit 2 forms in sequence because the form they prefer misses out on a lot of leads.If the new lead gives name/phone Form #1 only, gym receptionist gets a text within 5 minutes to call new lead and schedule a time. If the new lead completes Form #1 and then schedules a time using Form #2, gym trainer gets a text about a new appointment... and gym receptionist doesn’t get a text. Need help with google sheet
Hello everyone, hope you are doing well. I am using a payment gateway and it is connected to zapier. In google sheets I have a fixed template which makes reciepts for individual user. So it has specific cells for name, price and some calculation that take place. I want all the data that is collected using the payment gateway to get stored in those specific cells that are there in my google sheets and then once all the data is filled, I want the google sheet to be saved as a PDF and then repeat this whole process for the next payment. I would really appreciate help with this.
Mailchimp to Pipedrivve
I want to add people from my Mailchimp list to a certain Sales Funnel on Pipedrive. I created a Zap that finds/creates a person AND creates a Deal to the right funnel, but it doesn’t link the person with the deal, therefore I can’t see the person’s contact info on the deal. Is there a way to fix this? So I want to see the person’s phone number on the deal.
Zap Event = New entry but we dont want all new entries. We only want where type=complaint.
We have a Zap trigger that sends information to another application. Our trigger event is when it is a new entry. However, we do not want all new entries to go into our other application, we want only new entries where the type is Complaint. Is this possible? How do I set up a way to Filter the new entries before sending the Zap? The event is from Freshdesk zap to Intellect.
Can't get google calendar items to create from google sheet
I have a google sheet and I want to create detailed google calendar items. I did a test and one item showed up fine but when I turned the Zap on (it’s been ½ hour since I turned on), no items showed up on my calendar. Can someone check my setup?Also, I’d like to have the items update in the calendar when changes are made but it won’t let me do a multi step with my free account. Can I create a second Zap to do this?

Has anyone created successful zap from sugarcrm to constant contact and vice versa? I would love to hear success stories, ease of use, effectiveness and any specifics on workflows that you’ve created. Primary interest is connecting contact list updates from sugarcrm to constant contact. And Constant Contact contact list updates to Sugarcrm. thank you!
Has anyone automated documenting their zaps?
I’ve created a set of a couple dozen zaps that work to automate our project management process. What I’m wondering is if there’s a way to automate documenting those zaps. I would assume that zaps are stored simply as nested arrays of steps and configuration for each step. If there’s a way to access those step/config arrays, I could automate the documentation of each zap in our confluence instance.

Expected Task Processing Delay Time?
I notice on the https://status.zapier.com/ site that planned maintenance occurred 12/2 and that we “may notice some Task processing delays over the next few hours as we return to normal operation.”I have a reliable Google Sheet → Google Calendar instant zap that is seemingly not triggering today. I’m used to it triggering within a few seconds. Nothing has changed with this zap. How long of a processing delay should we expect? Or is it likely something broke within the zap?
Wufoo Online Form data
Two requests I am working on for my employer.First, I would like have the data from the Wufoo forms automatically sent to staff at our center. Currently, I have to login and download the csv or excel file and email to the front desk and accounting. I have contacted Wufoo directly and they do not provide this service.Second request was to find a way to automatically add names from donors to the website after they donate online via Wufoo.
