Hi there, hoping someone can help me with this formatting issue in zapier. I am automatically importing orders in from Shopify into google sheets. The default is for them to import like this: “Item 1, Item 2, Item 3”. My initial goal was to get them to import like this all in the same cell: Item 1Item 2Item 3 I successfully did this with the line-item to text utility. See solution below: So all good it seemed, until there are less or more than 3 items in an order. When there are more than 3 items, it only imports the first 3, and when there are less than 3 items, it imports to google sheets like this:Any solutions? Thanks so much in advance.
Hi - I want to transfer data from Google Sheets to a Facebook page daily.I would like use Zapier to pull the Image and Description/Status from Google Sheets to my Facebook Page. I am thinking Zapier Transfer could help but I want to set it to pull a row each day at certain time instead of transferring all records as bulk transfer.Is possible? if so, how would I be able to do it? Issue when creating the QB invoice. For the product, it’s choosing credit 1 instead of matching the product of the opportunity in SF.

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.so I’m having another problem when creating the QB invoice. for the product/service it’s choosing Credit 1 instead of matching the product of the opportunity in SF.example -1 - here is my opportunity in SF (that has become a sale) - its for lapel pins2 - here is where its mapped in Zapier3 - if I run a test the product does match (it always chooses credit 1) and that also seems to be adding a 1 in front of the quantity. the quantity for this opp is 200 not 1200 - Also there is no rate (if i create manually with quantity and price QB will calc. and populate the rate)Help fixing these 3 items would be much appreciated!

How much info can Zapier access from eBay integration? How well can it transfer data to Google Sheets?
Hello, I’m looking for a method to move information from eBay sales to my personal sales spreadsheet more quickly. The info I’ve been manually moving/inputting into my spreadsheet is the following: Date of sale, sale price +shipping, cost of shipping label, final value fees, promoted listing ad fees (if applicable), and buyer username.I haven’t had much of an issue with copy and pasting this info manually each night when purchasing shipping labels, but the issue has gotten worse overtime. The shipping label page doesn’t contain final value fees or ad fees numbers, meaning I have to navigate and scroll through multiple tabs to grab all the numbers I need for a given order. I’m wondering if Zapier could pull all these numbers from an order automatically? And how well does Zapier play with existing spreadsheets, could I give it rules that tell it where to place what?Thanks for any advice on the subject.

Have spent two days trying to figure this zap out! It seems like it should be simple so I don’t get why it’s not working!! When a deal is moved to certain stages I want Jotform to send a form, but for some reason I cannot see the field to assign the email address in Hubspot. It doesn’t give me an email option to find the email address for the contact in Hubspot. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

I’d like to send a Slack message based on data being added to a specific column within a Google Sheet.I received this message about the Message Field, and I have added a screenshot of what is within the “Message Text” field. I assume it has something to do with the “no data” info within the Message Text field? Any help would be appreciated! I’m sure this is a basic question but I’m new. I have created several Zaps for RSS feeds and I see different channels (A, B, C, etc) and noticed different items show up in different channels under Test Trigger. Of course, I don’t know which channel to tell the Zap to monitor. Is there a way to select all?
Hey guys,adding a comment to a Zendesk ticket is a very straightforward process, thanks to the standard zap provided by zendesk. The only problem with that method is that the author of the comment can’t be defined and will always show as the Account holder of the Zapier account, rather than the name of the actual author of the comment. I tried pushing a comment via a custom webhook, but run into problems where my JSON can’t be parsed, when a comment contains line breaks or special characters such as “. I’m wondering how the underlying Zendesk code looks like, because they seem to be able to handle the JSON problem somehow. Is there anything I can do to get my comment into Zendesk the way I need it to? Any help much appreciated.

I am setting up a action to send a new email when a new or updated row is added to a spreadsheet. On the sheet I have a column for email addresses, name, date, etc.. In the action setup for sending the message in Gmail I select the email option for the “to” (recipient) from my sheet, but it displays as “email - no data”. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! I have double check and the correct sheet/worksheet/trigger is linked to the action.

Hello,I am trying to transfer client data from Ezlynx to Agency Zoom. I created the zap. Question one. One of the fields I would like to transfer the data from is the “street address”. The problem is, there is no “street address” in the “Insert Data...” selection. Is there a way to grab this data? Second question is the Birthday. I enter the birthday as MM/DD/YYYY into one app. The problem is that available option only comes across as MM DD. I would like to transfer the info including the year and in the correct format. Is there a remedy for this. Below is a screenshot and I thank you for your help and advise!

I have added a filter so i say must contain Meme type application/pdf or meme type image.jpg BUT it keeps uploading png files if it fits the pdf requirement but also has a png file there as well. Hi All, I’m trying to create a Zap where it would take Slack messages begging with a trigger word and add the messages to a newly created Notion database item. However, Notion creates a new database item for ever Slack message. I would like for it to add all messages with to a single newly created Notion database item. I was thinking maybe there’s a way to gather all of the messages and then push it to Notion. I unfortunately have no idea how to proceed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
How do I upload new google drive file to follow up boss contact? Or at least add the link to the file in the contacts note section?
I have a multi-step zap set up for a form submission from squarespace. It creates a new google doc with the users submissions and also creates a new contact in follow up boss. How would I add a step to add the link to the doc or upload the file itself to this contact in follow up boss?
Sucks that I cannot get help from Zapier through chat, so I will post to community in forlorn hope that a Zapier person will take this feature request.There MUST be more event possibilities available in the BigCommerce API than the TWO that Zapier has implemented.I want to notify my sales team about a login to our store, about a cart getting abandoned, about a cart getting created...these are INTERESTING events that would present me with customer service opportunities. Yet, they appear to be impossible with the limited BigCommerce integration from Zapier. Am I wrong?
