Adding new Zoom registrants to Active Campaign list - Zap not triggering when someone registers after webinar started
Good day everyone, I created a Zap to capture New Registrants from my Zoom webinar to update my list in Active Campaign.I works well for those registrations come in before the webinar started. However, the Zap doesn’t fire after the webinar started and someone register in between.I am using the trigger as follow: Thank you and appreciate any help/advice.
What I’m trying to do: When I close a task in ClickUp (Case # is a custom field on task), I want to create a Task on the corresponding case in Salesforce. To do this I need a step to find the Salesforce Task. Case # is a unique value and I should be able to find the case by using the Case # from the custom field in ClickUp. The issue: I have several custom fields on tasks in ClickUp that allow me to see important information, like Contact and Client Name. When I access the Custom fields in ClickUp, it looks like and array. Example: 00001234,0,Elizabeth. The Case # is the first value in the array. Using the Extract Number function, I get “00001234, 0”. If I use the Truncate function to capture the first 8 characters, I get: “00001234,0,Elizabet”.I can’t find an option that return ONLY the 8 digit case #.As a Salesforce Admin, I’m allergic to code and would love to find a no or low code solution. Any suggestions?
Hi I added a path to run at the end of my zap that has opposite conditions, If text contains true, run path A, if text contains false, run path B. During testing the sample data will always confirm that one of the paths would have continued. When it actually runs, i’ve only had success 10% of the time, with all other times showing that all paths did not run. Is there anything I can provide to make this easier to troubleshoot?

Hi Everyone, I have some databases in realtime database. I want to make a zap “when child object created” then “create records in airtable”. How to choose spesific database? in this case I want to apoint to the default database.I tried it, but the triggers always looking to the database name that exactly same with the project’s ID. hope anyone can give me some explanation. thank you
I attempted to follow the simple guide provided by Zapier, with the following directions:“Create a new report under the "Reports" tab and grab the id from the URL as shown here. “However, that is no longer how BambooHR titles its report pages. Now it’s done via <uniquename.bamboohr.com/reports/custom/<reportname>/id# but when I enter the ID #, it tells me the report isn’t found. Presumably, because the format is no longer functioning?Any advice for how to get the report to actually pull would be great!
Hello,I am curretly working on an onboardig process for my clients and am trying to utilize the jotform scheduler to integrate onto my outlook calendar.However, this seems to cause multiple issues. First off the timezone only displays as UTC even after I’ve set my timezone on my account to Denver, the schedule timezone to Denver, and even used the iso code for MST in the Zapier actions but it still populates as UTC.Secondly, the Zap soes not work when published, only in testing. I have a free account so I am aware it may take 15 minutes to upadtes but it still doesn’t update to my outlook calendar after 15+ mins.Is there a reason this isn’t working like it should?Thanks.
Is there a way that only Square Online orders can trigger a task? I have two physical locations in Square as well as square online. When setting up the zap, I can select one of the two physical locations, then the in store transactions (and probably online orders as well) are the trigger. Basically I want to buy a tree at ecologi with every website order, not in store purchases.

I keep getting an error: Lead Created in Salesforce; Can't Add to a Specific CampaignThe lead is created in Salesforce, but it looks Zap is trying to take a previously created lead that is already in a campaign. I need the lead created in Step 1 to be added to a campaign. Not sure why it isn’t.This answer isn’t making sense to me either - Here is my setup:
I’m building a workflow between Asana and Hubspot so that when a deal hits a specific property stage, the person who is the Deal Owner will be tasked in Asana and assigned a task.The issue I’m running into is finding the information to sync the Owner ID with the Asana Assignee GID. The users of this Zap have both Asana and Hubspot accounts. I’ve tried using the action, “Find Contact in HubSpot” however, I’m having trouble finding the Deal Owner ID’s email and then syncing it with Asana.Any help on how to achieve the objective of assigning a deal owner in Hubspot an Asana task would be much appreciated.
I am setting up a action to send a new email when a new or updated row is added to a spreadsheet. On the sheet I have a column for email addresses, name, date, etc.. In the action setup for sending the message in Gmail I select the email option for the “to” (recipient) from my sheet, but it displays as “email - no data”. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! I have double check and the correct sheet/worksheet/trigger is linked to the action.
Hello, I have a zap that has been used more than 1000+ times, it has not been touched since last year November. It suddenly stopped triggering today. I did not update any plugin. I tested with a new zap in the same wordpress account and when I test the trigger, it does not find the new post.Trigger Event: New PostPost Status: PrivatePost Type: MyCustomPostTypeNameThat’s about it for the settings. And it is not finding new posts. It just says “We couldn't find any more new posts.Create a new new post in your account and try again.” This is clearly an issue on Zapier’s side because this has never happened before. It just started happening now. I really need a fix on this. UPDATE: I tried creating a new zap but using the new Wordpress App and NOT the legacy one. It worked, it successfully found the new posts. But the problem with the new Wordpress app is that it does not detect custom fields which vital to my operation.
Hello,I am trying to transfer client data from Ezlynx to Agency Zoom. I created the zap. Question one. One of the fields I would like to transfer the data from is the “street address”. The problem is, there is no “street address” in the “Insert Data...” selection. Is there a way to grab this data? Second question is the Birthday. I enter the birthday as MM/DD/YYYY into one app. The problem is that available option only comes across as MM DD. I would like to transfer the info including the year and in the correct format. Is there a remedy for this. Below is a screenshot and I thank you for your help and advise!
Hi all, Once an Opportunity is marked as Closed-Won in Salesforce, Zapier sends a Slack message to one of our Slack channels so that people can celebrate the win. I am trying to pull the names of Opportunity Team Members into the Slack channel message (Opportunity Team is a separate object) but can’t seem to figure out how to do so. I have tried to use ‘Find Record in Salesforce’ functionality but I think I may be doing so incorrectly. Any help appreciated!
I’m using Shopify to LiveWebinar integration, but I think this question could apply to various platforms (such as Eventbrite and email marketing apps). A customer could buy multiple items with different fields for each item, and I need to be able to send them one email/action for each item (this is important to my store). One order could have multiple items, so one order could have multiple fields. Is there for-each logic that lets one trigger run multiple actions per item? I won’t know how many items an order will have, so it needs to be dynamic. I’m an experienced developer, but am new to the Zapier platform. Curious if other people have solved this same use case for other apps. Thanks!
