Cannot Create Contact in Fresh Sales

Hi all, 

 

We are using a wordpress website and trying to connect our lead form data into FreshSales Suite.

 

We use a zapier webhook with all of the contact data. 

 

Our ACTION is Zapier Webhook 

Our TRIGGER Is Create Contact in FreshSales Suite

 

Here is a screenshot of our error: 

 

We also cannot create a deal record in FreshSales. 

 

Can anyone provide help? Thank you!!
