How to create notifications from specific colors on Google Cal

Looking to automate notifications…. for example an appointment is made in Google Cal by our administrator…

 

I want to make it so that whenever she makes an event on Google Cal and it is marked a specific color, then the person corresponding to that color receives a text message or email notification…

E.g 1) appointment is made 2) if marked: blue - send notification to Bob if marked green: send notification to Jim… etc… 

Is this even possible?

Hi @Moehash 

Good question.

It appears the GCal Event Color ID may be present if not using the default Calendar Color.

 

You may need to use a Lookup Table to translate the Calendar Event Color ID.
