For over 1 year I have been using Calendly to allow my clients to schedule their appointments. It would then go through Zapier to my Redtail CRM. This would ad the appointment with clients name in the Linked Contact field which would then start a workflow for that client. Now I am being told Zapier cannot send the client name, or send it quick enough to populate the Linked Contact field. Why the change? This really puts a monkey wrench in my business. Is there any help anywhere?

Can I run a zap from multiple Eventbrite accounts to separate Chime accounts? I want to manage several accounts.
I am managing several clients marketing and want to create a zap from Eventbrite to Chime CRM but since I manage all the clients through one Eventbrite I dont have a way to only pull new contacts from the specific events but rather any new contacts in eventbrite. Since each client doesnt have their own eventbrite I was hoping I could specify which events I wanted to send contacts to the CRM. Similar to connecting specific audiences from mail chimp.
How do I zap existing 1500 email leads list created from FB forms from hubspot to kartra? which trigger & action should i select?They are historical, sitting in Hubspot. I would like them to go to a specific list in kartra that I will create?

Hi,I’m having an issue with zapier. I’m connected to salesforce and doing transactions as update, create and find. It was working fine, but now when I do an update it gives me success : True and the following message : A record was sent to Salesforce about x minutes ago.It used to give me details about the updated record. And when I go check in salesforce nothing changes. The find action works fine though. Can you please guide me through this.
Hello,I am having some issues getting, what I thought was a basic process working between Zoho Invoice and Clockify.All I want to do, is create a project within Zoho Invoice, and this then triggers a new project being created in Clockify, with the Job ref, description being shown, and attached to the correct client in Clockify.Here is my Zapier setup for Clockify;However, when I test this - I get “The app returned "CLIENT with ID 'ABCD' not found." I have double checked and the client names are identical in both Zoho and Clockify and not entirely sure what to do next?Any guidance very much welcomed :)ThanksMiles
I’ve been tasked with creating a temporary database for client information for a nonprofit organization that provides social services. I’ve turned the session note form and client intake form into Google Forms, and outreach workers will fill them out like surveys. I want it so that when someone submits their case note (Google Form), the entire submission gets uploaded/recorded into ShareFile in one piece. With the Zap templates I’ve tried, it only gives me the option to upload question by question - I want the whole form that someone’s filled out to be it’s own file.Is there a way that I can have the Google Forms responses automatically uploaded into ShareFile AND still have it linked to the Google Form so it’ll update in real time?
Hi everyone please do help me out with my problem, I am currently having troubles in my zap from activecampaign to pipedrive. We are getting 'opt-ins' from all my contacts in activecampaign that are not supposed to be shown in pipedrive since I made sure to automate only 1 list. somehow the system is creating leads when it shouldn't. Can you help me to solve this problem? I already reached out 2 tools, AC and pipedrive and they said the problem is not from their side.
I created a Zap to send a notification to a Slack channel every time a new feature is created in ProductBoard.I’ve noticed that there is usually a link for that new feature within the notification, but this link doesn’t always appear when a new feature is created in ProductBoard.Can anyone please advise?

Hello, i have a contract with a leadprovider that sends me leads on a weekly base. I get 12 leads from them, each time in a separate mail, so 1 mail per lead. That mail contains their name, mailadress, adress, phone number and a bit of written info about the prospects. Now i want to know if it is possible to collect that info from that mail and create a new contact on teamleader everytime i receive a new mail from the mailadress that is providing me those leads.
I made a zapier, and am trying to move about 2500 files from one airtable to another for this initial move. When I try to move them, the zap does work, but it just stops after a certain number of files for no reason. For example, there should be 1500 runs, and it only moved 563. There are no error messages in the zap history. Tried re-running as well and nothing. Support is taking too long to get back to me. Any tips?
Hello All,I am currently using a zap to import order information from Printavo into an excel spreadsheet whenever order information is changed. Sometimes I will make multiple changes to the same invoice number and I would like to replace the old information with the new information based on having the same Invoice #. I do not want to have multiple rows with the same invoice number. Is this something that can be done with Formatter or do I need a VBA macro to perform such actions. Thanks so much for your help!

Hello everybody!I'm using Teachable to sell courses and bundles, and Acrive Campaign as email marketing tool, and I would like to connect the two services.When a student enrolls in one of my courses or bundles, I'd like to add the relative tag in the respective contact of Active Campaign.Every course has a different tag, and the bundles have more than one tag.If there is no correspondance between the student email and the contacts in Active Campaign, the zap should send to me an email with some of the info of the student (name, email address, courses enrolled in).So, my questions are:Do you have any suggestions on how to build this zap? I have a comparitively small business and I was wondering if it’s really worth it to invest in something with as great a starting cost as this.
