Hi! I am using Zapier to integrate Big Cartel with Keap. I want to be able to tag new sales in Big Cartel in Keap with my product tags. I don’t see a way to pull through the product information so that it will assign the correct product purchased tag on each “NEW ORDER” zap. It just adds a new contact or updates an existing one….but if I add a tag to the zap it adds that one tag to every contact added or updated by the zap. Is there a way to customize the zap to read the product line and match the tag? Even if I have to create a table of matching products to tags.
I have a CRM board in Monday.com which has contact details for my suppliers. I would like to create a Zapp that pushes the data of this CRM to a Google Sheets file. After the initial push, I want it to always be in sync so if any new items are created in the CRM or existing ones updated, Google Sheets updates to reflect this.How can I do this? I saw the options below but not sure which accomplishes first A) the initial push of all the data (given that the Google Sheet is empty now) and then B) the continual update + sync.
Hi people, so I have a zap that when I send an email to a specific email address (let’s name it email@example.com) it uploads the text of the email as a note in Affinity. My question is, how can I also upload an attachment that is attached in that email forwarded to firstname.lastname@example.org. And an additional question is: does email@example.com need to be an email address that is only used for this zap or could I find a solution to use an email which I also use for corresponding with other people too, meaning not every email that is ever sent to firstname.lastname@example.org will be uploaded in Affinity but only the ones that I want. Hello Team, I am using Webhooks with Zapier to send a JSON post to an external service. I have set up the zap to have this configurationValid URL Endpoint Payload Type = JSON Valid Data + headers for the endpoint. Where I am running into a problem, is if any of my parameters has a value with a [space] in between it, the zap fails to send. As an example if I put in a parameter of “CampaignName” with a value of “Example Test”, then the entire zap fails to send out from zapier. It throws an error. How is this resolved? I attached a screenshot with fake data in it of the zap.
I have a custom activity in Close, and I’m building a Zap on the “New Custom Activity” trigger.The activity itself has several custom fields, but none of them is coming through in the custom activity data.Any advice for how to figure out why? Let me know if I can provide more details.
Hello, I am trying to set up a webhook from Instagram that will carry “story_insight”. Since I already have zapier I was hoping to be able to leverage the system. I set up a zap where I can receive a webhook. Facebook expects that we can process 2 different types of webhooks, one is a verification and the other in my case is “story_insights”. I am running into an issue with the Verification setup. It appears that FB webhooks expect me to respond back with a couple fields… one my own personally set key. The other is a challenge “int”. I can receive the request, however, I am not sure how to get this information back in the response. Please advise. It would be very cool to be able to access this feature of IG / FB webhooks - hopefully someone has an idea. Originally I got the request, then was going to setup a path one for verifications and the other for stories… but I’m pretty sure this won’t work due to the response that Zapier originally gives to the GET request from IG. I have a use case where I want to dynamically change the SQL query in the Postgres integration with Zapier. In short, is there a way for Zapier to insert a value form a cell in a good sheet into a part of the SQL query? As an example: I want to look up data for a customer based on the customer name that is in the cell or if its added as a row in a sheet. The SQL query should change the value of the customer name so it can extract the correct data. Is this possible?

Hi Zapier Community, I am currently running the following zap, on Monday.Com and Google sheets: 1: Specific Column Value Changed in Board in Monday.com→2: Create Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets I am getting the correct data into my sheet. But the problem is that my formula isn’t registrating the data in the columns from the Zap. I am running simple formulas such as: countif, countifs, sum etc. So it shouldn’t be a problem.Any clue how to solve this issue?
I am currently working on a custom integration and have been testing various solutions and writing multiple apps to try and accomplish my desired result. However, I have been unsuccessful so far and am seeking guidance from the Zapier team.My goal is to use Zapier's Rest Hooks to trigger a Zap whenever there is an insertion into a specific table within an API provided by Supabase. I am having an issue with a Zap (that used to work and now doesn't seem to be working properly ...) and am hoping someone can help.Context:I have a GoogleSheet that gets automatically populated with new customer data. We have a column (BI) with "Yes" and "Email Again" as separate dropdowns. The zap is set up to be triggered when BI is updated (we select "Yes" or "Email Again" manually when we want it to trigger). The Filter in the Zap checks to see if it is either Yes or Email Again. If so, it proceeds. The action it is supposed to take is to pull in data from the spreadsheet and plug it into Mailchimp. When the zap runs, that piece all works fine. The issue we are having is getting the zap to run properly.There are three issues that I am trying to solve for - I've listed them in order of priority:1) "Email Again" not triggeringIt seems that typically "Yes" triggers fine (>90% of the time). Hi all! I run a small professional journal club that is always enrolling new members. Because new members are added frequently, individually naming the email addresses that should be invited to the google calendar event is not helping much. I would like to add all members to a group/tag them somehow and then invite everyone in that group/tag whenever I create the event. Is this possible? Right now I’m using zoom and google calendar, but I’m a frequent user of anything in the google suite, memberspace, and convertkit. Thanks all!
Hello, When creating a customer with a zap there is the option to select the customer’s parent customer, which is great! (see below)Ability to select the parent customer when creating a customer However, when going to then update a customer, the option to change/select the parent customer is no where to be seen.I have a client who ideally needs to have a customer automatically created when a record is created in their database, but the parent customer won’t be known until later/after they update it manually in the database. I could have sworn I saw a post on this a month or two ago where the Zapier dev team was asking the poster about they wanted in order to build this functionality out, but the post seems to have disappeared. Does anyone have any ideas for a work around for this, or are there any updates on its being included natively in the “Update a Customer” action for the Quickbooks Online app?Thank you!

I am in the process of setting up an automation to create and send emails in Mailchimp. The Zapier MailChimp integration does not have “Schedule Campaign” as a pre-built action, however the Mailchimp API has that capability. I would like to send a POST webhook over to Mailchimp with the campaign ID, date I want to schedule and a parameter called “timewarp” set to “true”. This will make sure the email goes to the customer at the time in their time zone. After a number of failed attempts I reached out to Mailchimp support and this is what they said: The entire query being submitted is as follows: https://us11.api.mailchimp.com/3.0/campaigns/5e4c965bce/actions/schedule?schedule_time=2022-11-30T07:30:00.000Z&timewarp=true Essentially, this is a call being made entirely in one line, and it seems that, for whatever reason, this isn't being accepted, returning the "15-minute increment" error message, despite
Hello,Since this morning I've noticed something weird happening to dates fields on my automations. I have several integrations from pipefy to google sheets that uses dates fields. It was working as expected until last afternoon, but today the dates begun to change, and I found out that this happened because I've setted my account timezone to GMT -3.Before I've changed the timezone, the integration was ok, but when I changed it to GMT -3 (wich is my timezone and the same I use on pipefy) some dates are coming out wrong on the sheets document. They are coming 3 hours less than they should. So, the fields from pipefy that doesn't have Time with the date, are coming to sheets with one day less.Looking the history of the Zap, I found out that the fields that come from pipefy with date and time set, comes with the correct time zone (GMT -3), but the fields that comes from pipefy without time, Zapier set it to 00:00 and to GMT+0, than when it goes to the google sheets, Zapier reset it to GMT
