Hi @CJ9000

Good question.

What type of file are you trying to upload?

The users should have the possibility to upload pdfs

@CJ9000

What file format are you testing with?

Error says PDF file formats are accepted.

Hey,

I’m experiencing the same issue. As seen in the first screenshot attached, under “File” I selected a link to a pdf. The link ends in .pdf. Then, under “Desired file name”, I selected a file name that ends in .pdf also. Still I get an error message. What’s wrong? Perhaps I’m selecting the wrong items? The third screenshot shows that I have several items that are relevant to the file I want to be transferred to Personio (the ones that are not fully displayed all end in .pdf). I did try selecting different ones but I just kept getting the same or another error message.

Any help would be much appreciated!
